Had my evaporator core replaced on my Mercedes in July of 2025 with 28k miles and paid over 3k for replacement at this location. Beginning of Nov 2025 ac is broke again after using heat 1 evening it would not cool again. I explained to the shop on Friday that I have a very sick daughter in the hospital and asked if I should rent a car, the shop assured me no. I took the car in Monday morning as told and was also told an answer on the ac issue would happen Monday after bringing it in. Called 2x Monday from the hospital and first time told to hang on and 2nd time no answer. My car was not even diagnosed as promised. My rental goes back on Tuesday and this shop seems to not care about customers that previously paid over 3k for a repair only to have the ac broken again after one use of heater. I would like to know what customers they do care about because I was certainly lied to about my car being touched. Why was I told to bring the car in on Monday morning and then they never even diagnosed the car. Super upset with this shop. Also, one day after my evaporator core was repaired I woke up to my windshield being cracked at the base and they insisted a rock must have hit it going 3 miles home when I have never had a broken windshield. Really not happy with this shop right now as my Mercedes sits, my daughter in the hospital, and 4 days of a rental car already and nothing about my car ac. 😥 I used to trust this shop, now idk anymore. PLEASE STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK AND DON'T TELL CUSTOMERS TO BRING IN THEIR CAR TO PUT IT ON THE SIDE. I am beginning to wonder if they will even stand behind the warranty they told me on the phone from the previous work or if they will deny that too just like they did my windshield being broken the next morning inside my garage. 🤦♀️

I went with the Akubono Ultra Premium brake pads and new Napa designed slotted rotors. If you have a heavy suv like me, these are proven tips tier.
Best breaking I've ever had, period. Previously , I had other premium so-called brake pads I can already feel the difference. They don't push different brands they just carry all the brands, so the customer can always get the best depending on which brand is innovating in those years. John was great at helping me , price quality environment are unmatched. Also, while I was waiting for my suv to get done, I went and had a nice breakfast at a coffee place that's walkable

These guys are the best. I almost don't want to tell everyone. They are an old school shop with honest, friendly service which is hard to find. They communicate well along the way and have fair pricing. I have bought tires, done front suspension and alignment work, and have had my Ford repaired here through the years. Their work is good and they care about doing it right.
