DO NOT BUY A GHOSTBED. The reviews are true; read all of them seriously and do not buy a mattress from this fake company. The 101 night trial is a lie- they will force you to find a charity to take your mattress (a mattress you won’t like because it’s not good quality). They don’t do any of the work to find the charity for you! Then, when you’re unable to find one (few places accept mattresses anymore), you don’t get your money back. The worst part is they ignore you and gaslight you to make you feel as if you’ve done something wrong! When you call to speak to the person you’re working with for your ‘refund’, they will say that person is in a “meeting” or “they’re busy” or “they’ll get back to you”. They do not get back to you. One person works the phones at a time to prevent you from reaching your person so even at 8 PM on a Friday, they’ll say the person is in a meeting . Grant sells the mattresses, Jacinta is in the department called ‘retention’, which is designed to drive you crazy and make you feel like you’re wrong for wanting to give up your mattress. She will find every way to make you keep it (even offer you a foam topper or exchange) and then someone else then takes it from there to drive you further crazy. This company plants like a parasite into your brain to drive you crazy and will then avoid you until you basically want to give up. Don’t give up, their mattresses are too expensive and this is unjust. Contact the Better Business Bureau, contact your credit card company (make sure you dispute the charge! This is your only way to get your refund), and buy from somewhere else. I have a lame GhostBed mattress that’s taking up space in my house and I have nowhere to put it. GhostBed will ghost you.

Do not purchase a foundation with massage. The motors only last a few months before they start making noise and burn out. They use cheapass motors from China. Mattress wasn’t for me I purchased a Tempur-Pedic much nicer mattress. So don’t waste your time or hard earned money on a cheap Ghostbed.

The bed is very poor quality. Very expensive and they trick you into the free trials or get your money back.
I owned a $3000+ ghost bed for a short while and it was not good.
I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. Sorry ghostbed team, I am not satisfied with the product this is my honest review.

They ignore you when you want to follow up on your refund process.

I walked in the store. There was a fellow showing me around. I pointed at the Venus Williams picture on the wall and I guess my comment was too political for the shop clerk. The conversation from there and he asked me to leave. Comparison with Michelle Obama was which put him over the top. I asked him isn’t Customer always right and this is my opinion he said not here! Decide whether or not you give this company money. Maybe if the owner sees this, he’ll realize how rude that little ‘fellow’ is.

I am really surprised at the poor reviews which are posted. Our experience with Ghost Bed exceeded our expectations.
We had purchased two Tempurpedic Split King / Twin XL Mattresses locally at a fantastic price locally but the bed frame was ridiculously priced and honestly was lacking and would have still been almost three weeks before it would be shipped.
After some research and youtube videos and hearing the story of the Company and their history, (Marc Werner - CEO,) we decided to call and order the two adjustable bed frames in Split King/Twin XL.
They arrived just has had been promised. Fed Ex delivered them to our driveway and the driver said they were heavy, (103 pounds each.) Although heavy, my wife and I carried them in side and put them together. The instructions were clear and actually were assembled beyond the first three steps which was a nice surprise.
No tools necessary and we assembled both in 45 minutes! Piece of cake.
They works flawlessly and we have now used them for almost a week. We have Oura rings which track our sleep and have yet to get a sleep score under 85.
We made, solid, sturdy, simple to use remotes, and great motors for tilt and massage. Just great!!!
Jerry was our contact was was exceptional in every respect. He kept us up to date and sent tracking numbers and checked on us throughout the entire process including after we had tried the product. In a day where all the customer service has been shipped overseas, it was great to talk with someone actually working for the company and based in the USA!
We are Ghost Bed customers for life!
Thanks Ghost Bed, Marc Werner, and Jerry!

You will be GHOSTED BY GHOSTBED if you need support. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR FAKE ON LINE REVIEWS.
Sent a broken used frame. Didn't offer white glove service so I paid a lot of money for movers to assemble it. Huge boxes delivered on different days on my doorstep. I am not sure how most people deal with that but that's a small issue.
The big issue is that they delivered a used broken frame and their follow up and customer support was pure hell and irresponsible on a bed that cost around $3600.
I sent a video made by my movers so they could not deny it. Instead of sending me a new frame, which is what they should have done, they slowly sent me the pieces to repair the broken frame. Again this stuff all came in separate packages and none of it came quickly. I had ordered a new bed because I was post surgery and needed relief. They added anxiety and unnecessary pain.
The parts took over a month to arrive. Bed is unsafe on one side. When I called them to complain they didnt return calls. I tried to escalate repeatedly. The people who answered the phones repeatedly questioned my truthfulness and said "we don't send used beds." Ummmmm, yes, you do. I have video and witnesses who opened the boxes.
Fast forward to when they finally call me back. I get pissed off and just want to return the thing after months of anxiety that was truly unneeded. No returned calls or emails. When they finally call me back they tell me I am out of the window for mattress return and frames are never returnable. Even used broken ones. Then they asked me if I had called the installation company they gave me. This is after they've provided no service for months. Boy was I pissed.
I called American Express... bless them... and placed the purchase in dispute. Then I called Ghostbed back and asked them to get their broken bed. It takes up a lot of space. They refused because I am disputing the sale. And for what I hope is the final humiliation, this damn bed is entirely unsafe at this point. The left side was just 3 feet off the ground and the right side was touching the ground.
You have been warned. Stay away.

Very deceptive -- BEWARE!
After falling out of love with our last bed in a little over a year, my wife and I decided on Ghostbed as a replacement. We evaluated several options but chose Ghostbed because their advertising promised two things: good deal on a bundle (matress+frame); and easy returns. We chose a semi-firm and a motorized frame. Shortly after receiving the bed, we learned that one of us preferred the bed flat and the other in zero-G. No problem, we thought -- we can pay a little more and exchange for the split frame. Unfortunately the words they used in their advertising were quite deceptive as the frame part of the bundle is not returnable/exchangeable. What sense does that make? They cannot sell the mattress after it's tried, but the frame could be refreshed and sold. I escalated my displeasure up the chain to no avail. We were told, bluntly, the frames are final sale items. Why advertise bundles and scream easy returns everywhere, yet only allow part of the bundle to be returned or exchanged?
