Purchased this bed for a terminally ill family member, who passed before the bed had even arrived to my home. Called to cancel the order and was told because it has shipped I was not able to (totally understandable) so I said it was no problem and that I would send back all of the boxes for a refund once they were received and await a refund. I was told by the “customer service” that since I had requested a refund before receiving the bed that this voided all policies and that I would be unable to return the bed and would be forced to keep it. So now I am stuck with a 10k electric bed. I truly have never experienced such terrible service and lack of compassion and understanding for another human being and have contacted the BBB as a result of this. I do not recommend purchasing this bed. I do not recommend giving a dime of your money to this company.

The gentleman in the showroom was great! So helpful! I loved that he was offering mattresses due to my needs and not price. I'm super happy with my new bed.

First, I don't own a ghostbed but after working with Kim and Grant, I'm buying one! In a world where customer service seems to be nonexistent anymore, it is so refreshing when you actually work with people who care. I have been housesitting for a client who just purchased a king double split. The homeowners were kind enough to allow me to bring my puppy. She's never been destructive...until now. Puppy chewed the cord running from the bed to the power cord. Grant is the first person I spoke to, he was helpful, kind & sensed the urgency to get the cord replaced before the owners come home next week. Kim took over from there. It was an absolute pleasure speaking & working with her. This company didn't have to treat me any particular way as I am not a customer, yet they treated me as if I were. The cord is on its way and I am so grateful!

I went to Ghostbed HQ today to order our second Ghostbed. We love these mattresses and working with Greg, Catherine, and the entire team is such a great experience. I had trouble picking the right mattress for my child and Greg was wonderful in helping me with my options and giving recommendations. I also picked up 4 more pillows because we love them so much! I highly recommend Ghostbed for your mattress and pillow needs!!

I would give zero stars if i could. First of all, the bed i ordered was the worst i ever slept on, it was rock hard! Then when i reached out to customer service, they were so rude and told me nothing could be done. When i reached out on social media, i got blocked. Will NEVER recommend this company or purchase anything of theirs again.

I am certain that you will be filtering out your poor reviews, however, it should be brought to your attention just how poor the customer service at GhostBed is. This is a total shame, because the product quality is actually excellent. I am a medical doctor who has been recommending your products to my patients for the last year since purchasing the king size GhostBed Luxe. As a nephrologist, many of my patients are on dialysis and suffer from insomnia as well as temperature regulation problems, which further disrupts sleep. I have recommended GhostBed and GhostPillows to over 100 patients suffering with insomnia. Numerous patients of mine who can afford the high price have informed me of improved sleep and sleep comfort due to the combination of the cooling mattress and cooling pillows. These same benefits seem to translate to post-menopausal women as well, which is another group I had previously recommended the product to. My mother received her queen sized GhostBed Luxe shortly after the Black Friday sale. FedEx had delivered it the evening prior in front of the garage, without notifying my parents who were home at the time, without any telephone calls, without any notice. A severe rain storm occurred over night and my parents found the mattress box soaking wet in front of the garage. Both GhostPillows had blown away in the storm. Both pillows were found on neighbor's lawns, both pillows soaking wet. Multiple attempts to deal with GhostBed customer service, supervisor/managers, ended completely fruitless. Their only goal was to redirect to FedEx, where surely the customer would be given the run-around between GhostBed and FedEx. GhostBed declined to deal with the company it had hired to deliver its product to the customer. Once the money is collected by GhostBed, all future interactions with the customer are defensive. There is no goal to ensure the customer is satisfied, only to protect the company's bottom line. With such poor company leadership, a total absence of customer service, this company no longer has my support. I will no longer recommend it to patients and will start steering everybody away from this company, which I can only describe as an EVIL company, full of uncaring people. I have nothing but terrible things to say about the interactions with customer service, especially with the, so called manager, Ryan Connell, who resides in Plantation, Florida. A true piece of human garbage. I feel sorry for anybody who has to interact with this low-intelligence creature. Everybody, do yourselves a favor. Look at GhostBed's reviews on Google and Google Maps before purchasing. You will find my experience was not unique and is a common complaint about GhostBed. Attached is a picture showing how soaked the GhostPillows were when they were found on a neighbor's lawn. Ryan Connell does not care about mothers and wants your mother to sleep on a moldy, sopping wet pillow. The epitome of uncaring.

This place is a scam, should have done more research before I made a purchase. They have a ZERO return policy. Just look at their Better Business Bureau rating it really does reflect the company. Bought a bed foundation in store only to find out later that third party retailers have the same product for significant less, buy elsewhere

This is a terrible pillow. We have been pillow searching for some time and this is one of the most uncomfortable pillows we have tried. It is very hard and does not give at all so your neck is at a very uncomfortable angle. After using the pillow for a month, I began experiencing terrible neck stiffness and pain. I switched pillows and it subsided. Unfortunately, when the pillows were shipped we were traveling so we missed out on the 100 day trial period and are unable to return the pillows. I hope the dogs at our local shelter find them more comfortable!

If you are taking the time to read reviews on this product, heed my warning and safe yourself time, money and aggravation. Do not under any circumstances buy from this compnay.Buying this bed was one of the most costly mistakes we have ever made. We are out over $5K and I feel as if I'm sleeping on a camping cot every night. The mattress is way too soft (and we got the hybrid). When you sit on the edge of the mattress, you feel like you are going to slide right off. Customer Service would not give me the address so that I could write to the owner of the company to express my concerns. I was told by a very rude customer service rep "that is not the way it works!" Excuse me? Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. We are going to cut our losses and buy a decent bed. Go elsewhere! Save your money. This place is a total rip-off! Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Ghost bed have been flawless in ordering and delivery. The classic mattress a Twin XL and the complimentary pillow are simply outstanding for me. I am a back sleeper, best sleep in a very long time. Both the pillow and mattress show quality workmanship and materials! Have no hesitation in highly recommending this mattress!
