“I had the absolute privilege of receiving a healing session with Stephanie and words truly fall short of describing the experience. I am from Toronto and was visiting Florida for an urgent, last-minute matter. I felt called to reach out to Crystal Vision, as I had seen Stephanie nearly two years prior and never forgot how deeply transformative that session was.
When I called, Donna answered with such warmth and intuition - I truly believe she sensed exactly what my spirit was needing, even through the phone. Despite the short notice, she went out of her way to arrange a session before my flight, and for that, I am endlessly grateful.
My session with Stephanie was nothing short of extraordinary. To even call it “Reiki” feels limiting as it was a multi-dimensional healing that went far beyond any label or technique. From the intuitive reading to the gentle yet powerful energy work, and finally the drum sound therapy at the end, every part of the experience felt sacred, intentional, and divinely guided.
Just like my first visit two years ago, I left feeling completely renewed and profoundly touched by something greater than words can express. Stephanie is a truly gifted healer. Her presence, intuition, and connection to Spirit create an environment where real and instantaneous transformation happens!

“My family and I was in Florida for my uncle's funeral. My nephew purchased a absolute beautiful crystal with his parent picture and surprised his with which she loved. Someone drop it and it chip , I called and spoke to Leon who offered to do a new one at a 50% without seconding and just understand our pain and the tribute we were doing. We got a new one in less than fewer hours and pick it up. I would recommend this place for their customers service and humanity.”
“I tried to make a surprise happen for a loved ones Birthday sending an arrangement to his shop. Ordered first thing this morning and everything was going without any problems. Then I got the email that the delivery driver was 3 stops away. I sent a message to the recipient he was away from the office and wasn't getting a response. I hoped he would be back in time and he was too far away to receive the delivery. The delivery driver Crystal called me and asked me how to get in touch with the recipient. I explained the scenario and asked if I could call the attached business to receive the arrangement and call her back. I call and had it all handled. Unfortunately traffic in Ft. Lauderdale can get super crazy and even though Crystal was a couple minutes late the other business packed up and went home. So Crystal calls me to offer deliver for tomorrow before noon. I accepted that while still trying to contact the recipient. A few minutes go by and Eva calls me from the store and offered me the best news to fulfill this order and I was so incredibly impressed. She spoke with the recipient and he told her when he would be back to the business and they scheduled for an UBER to deliver the Birthday present. This is a level of customer service that is almost unheard of these days. I was happy beyond tears. My loved one got his treat and I couldn't be more impressed and just absolutely thankful for the service of going above and beyond. Thank you Crystal and Eva for making this a special treat.”

Mirella delivered my order to a friend for her birthday and even though there was an issue with finding the address because of the complex being new and once the house was found the person receiving the order was not home because it was later in the day. She still was able to deliver the gift and called the recipient to make sure she would be back home. Mirella set up the gift outside and made sure it was safe and communicated with me the entire time. Thank you for delivering the gift and being so helpful/sweet about it :)”

“Hudson News is usually my go to for airport gift shops and snacks spot. We got breakfast and coffee at Sergio's and Intercoastal News was located across from Sergio's so we checked it out.You will find Intercoastal News at Terminal 1 after passing through security. They have the usual snacks, food, drinks, books, newspapers, candy, neck pillows, and then some. You'll pay an arm and a leg for anything at the airport. Everything is expensive at these spots. Hence convenience stores and gift shops. It's a super clean spot and customer service is good.”
