I'm a disabled veteran and I went into the store on sunrise to get vitamins about a month ago. The store manager signed me up to recieve an automatic replacement order for my vitamins; as I got them in the mail today. As I checked my bank account I was charged for the vitamins. I went to store today and the same store manager asked me to pull up my transaction from the bank even though he signed me up fraudulently. He then grabbed my phone while talking to gnc customer service and I caught him looking at my Samsung wallet. This is disgraceful. I reported the store manager to gnc customer service and they offered to give me 300 points on my account. I will never buy anything from gnc again
This man should be fired.

Great store. Was just in to get an online order. Very fast and easy. I like how they make sure you have all what you need. Always have a deal going on also. The guy who runs it knows his stuff also. Thanks.

it’s my first and last time at that GNC! i came in to buy one thing and i had the manager AKA julian just giving me a speech about products i needed to buy. i got charged $123 PLUS the membership i simply didn’t want to sign up for. when i went to return items i never got full refund back because “i returned all the items at different times”
WHAT MADE ME SUPER UPSET IS THAT JULIAN SAID I PURCHASED A BUY ONE GET ONE WHEN I DIDNT. I ONLY RECEIVED ONE OF THE BOGO ITEMS?? so i wasn’t able to get a full refund.
im so highly upset that im not able to get my full refund.

I visited this location with my daughter a few days ago. I've never seen such unprofessionalism as I did. When we entered the sales man was helping another customer.
He came over to us after a few minutes & proceeded to ask us what we were looking for. he came across very helpful at first. I was shocked when the salesman, Julian, flipped off the customer who he helped earlier for not buying the product and leaving.
He did it nonchalantly, and when I reacted. He laughed & said "oh you caught that?"
He also signed me up for whatever he was offering after I asked him I was not interested. GNC should be aware of how their employees behave & treat customers. I will never go back and spend my money there. I'll be looking for an alternative vitamin shop to spend my ?.

Never going back there! First time I went, I wasn’t even able to search what I was looking for because the sale man (I think the manager) was approaching me with bunch of questions and suggestions which at first I appreciated but then it was too much. He wouldn’t even let me look around. Then, the second time I went (which was today) I purchased something and he created a profile without my agreement. I asked why do you need my first name, last name, phone number, email address and his response was “so I can give you a receipt”. Once he asked for my email, I said I don’t want to be subscribed to anything, and his response was “do not worry, I might be sending you an offer or 2 monthly”. Then, when some questions came up on the ‘sale screen’ I wasn’t even able to read because he accepted right away on my behalf. On top of that, based on what I saw, there was a new employee training. He was acting very rude with him and rolling his eyes. This is honestly such a bad experience. I am disgusted!
