Just left here! I wanted to return a shirt that was see through because I certainly won’t let my daughter wear it. I have the receipt, the tags I left at home and let the teen cashier (2nd shift) know that I would have went back to get them. Even though I have it , and with the receipt I was told that I can’t return it or get store credit if the tags because weren’t attached? Even Neiman Marcus at Sawgrass lets you return designer items with no tags as long as the receipt is present and they create new labels for them. They even look up the customer account. Which I told the teen cashier I had. Maybe it’s due to cost and supply? Interestingly enough when I was in the store earlier I noticed two items with no tags lol so if someone were to purchase these, couldn’t they just write the sku number and price like how some of the sales items had on them but do the same for a return item that was a new arrival. Dumbest return policy ever.
