I used to go to Sager Eye care because it is close to my house. Today I called to make an appointment and was told they dont accept my insurance anymore. I normally buy glasses that are not covered by my insurance so I asked if the last pair I bought had any insurance discount. The lady told me she could not tell me on the phone and that I need to come in. I do not suggest a place that does not answer questions on the phone.

As a photographer my eyes are my main photographic tool. Maintaining my eyesight is very important. A friend recommended Dr Sager and I'm glad I went to see him. It was probably the best eye exam I've ever had. Dr Sager is a very thorough and understanding doctor. He addressed my concerns perfectly resulting in a new prescription that worked like my previous one. My last doctor totally screwed up my prescription, glad I kept my original glasses. Dr Sager's staff was very professional, helpful and courteous. They even let me use my own frames, I like my look. They have a sign on the front door that says "come on in we are awesome", indeed they are!

I'd seen Dr. Sager for a few years and stopped during COVID. Just after COVID lifted I went in for an eye exam. I'm glad I did as Dr. Sager spotted a condition that, left untreated, could have rendered me blind. Following surgery in both eyes at Bascom Palmer, the future is, indeed, brighter with thanks to my surgeon, Dr Sarah Wellik, and most important, the diagnostician who spotted the issue, Dr. Sager. I can't recommend him and his team any more than that.

Optician was good. Office Mgr. was more than rude. They had my benefits incorrectly and refused to make my glasses. Too bad because female doc was great!

I highly recommend Sager Eye Care Center. I have been struggling with my contact prescription and vision for about three years. It was hard to get through the workday, and drive at night. Many people suggested I try Sager Eye Care and I'm so glad I did! It turns out, I was wearing the wrong prescription for the past few years--my vision was being over corrected. Dr. Mansito was incredibly thorough, patient, and precise with getting my correct contact prescription. Everyone who I encountered at Sager Eye Care was wonderful, from the optical technician, to the lovely staff at the front, to the woman who helped me pick out my eyeglasses. They have a fabulous selection of eyewear at Sager and ordering my contacts was a breeze using their online ordering system. I found the prices to be fair, and my overall experience was fantastic. I finally found an excellent eye doctor. Thank you!

Everything about Sager Eye Care Center was absolutely perfect. They took the time, explained everything to me, made me comfortable that I wasn't asking silly questions, gave me plenty of choices in terms of what I could choose to do, and then helped me to execute the plan of care.

I am a client of the office and for just to see the frames I have to make an appointment. and next availability is in the next week. Shame on this people they treat very unfair the patients that already have spent a lot of money in other ocations.

This place has such incompetent receptionists. I've been coming here for years.. all of a sudden they can't find me in the system. They kept insisting i fill out the same patient registration form. After 30 minutes they magically found my patient record. Not sure who hired these new folks but they don't know what they are doing.

I was referred to this place from the social media site, Nextdoor when I inquired about a local optometrist who was good at adjusting eyeglasses. I finally made it here today and despite the sign on their door that said by appointment only (because of COVID-19) they allowed me in after waiting for someone to help me to become available. By the way, it was not a long wait although they were busy. This may sound unexceptional to some people. However, I am not a client of theirs and was not coming there to spend money. I was coming there for them to essentially help me for free. As a result, I am duly impressed. I do know that it has long been the practice of optometrist to adjust eyeglasses for people who wear them even if they are not their clients. It is a courtesy they extend to eyeglass wearers. Alex, is the person who assisted me and he did an exceptional job at it. Adjusting eyeglasses is a fine art and in the 45 years since I started wearing eyeglasses I have met very few people who are truly good at it. My sunglasses were so loose that I thought I was going to lose them while simply walking. They were twisted and long overdue to be properly adjusted. Now thanks to Alex, they are perfectly adjusted. Since he did such an exceptional job on my sunglasses, I asked him to adjust two other pairs as well, and he did. I felt a bit greedy asking for him to adjust 3 pairs of my eyeglasses at once, but I honestly desperately needed it done. When your eyeglasses are not properly adjusted it effects your vision as it throws your prescription off balance as it is not properly aligned with your eyes. So now not only are my eyeglasses all properly adjusted but I can see dramatically better. Thank goodness, Alex, and Sager Eye Care Center. I simply cannot thank you enough. By the way they have an extra nice selection of frames here. It is something I am always on the lookout for. Not in an Elton John kinda way, just in an enthusiastic way. Last but not least, this place takes COVID-19 seriously and is going all out to keep themselves and everyone else safe. Bravo!
