I just had the worst customer service at the Plantation Kohls. I was checking out and the cashier asked if I would like to save 40% today? I asked how, she explained that if I apply to the Kohls card I would receive a discount of 40% on my entire shopping today. At first I said no, and thought I could really use the discount. I gave my ID and put in all the information necessary. At the end I was denied. No issue. She then informs me that now I will only receive 10%. I asked why she said I would receive 40%. She was very rude and argumentative. I would never have tried for the credit card, without a 40% discount. I feel she tried to bait an switch her words. She did call manager over to override my discount. Upon checking the receipt she only gave me the discount on one item, instead of all my items as promised before the 40% entire purchase. I used to shop here alot. I don't think so in the future if this is how the cashier is treating a customer. Please do better.

Do not come here for customer service. They have one person working taking care of online orders, Amazon returns and returns. Expect to wait over 45minutes in line.

Only have purchased on line, no problems whatsoever. Returns done at store with no problems as yet. So far so good! Some very good sales! Recommend it.

Omg I tried to order a product on line at the store Omg the cashier sent it to the wrong address. I told her send it to me,stated she couldn't do anything I would have to call at home. over one hour later they absolutely Would not do anything!!!!!
My order was CANCELLED
I'm calling corporate Google and yelp. The only company listed to me was capitol one the Manager Terry was very helpful since companies merged I let them know about formal complaint. Very very unhappy 😔 customer.

I was so disappointed with the changes at kohl's. No more jewelry counter, I'm won't be coming back, store not what it use to be.

Never shop here, always a lack of staff, They keep changing Is the layout of the store every 3 to 6 months So when you find something you have to look somewhere new the next time
