The sales guy on receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to go to this gym. I showed him the email from la fit ess and he very rudely said we are not responsible for the email sent my la fitness. He was literally fighting with me and trying to charge me for no reason. Is this a way to talk to your customers. This is very unprofessional and not acceptable at all. If given an option I would not even give one star to it.

Carol T and the staff there are great, the gym has everything you’ll ever need, well maintained and when I needed to cancel because I was traveling, they helped me in a second. Carol again was amazing. Would recommend this gym to anybody!

Nice place and location but not hot water on the showers. It's very low for what's expected out of a high end club they should definitely pay attention to this type of details, poor management.

New member. First group class with Joyce cardio kickboxing. Joyce was excellent. Right away noticed ripped or missing yoga mats and took pictures and that hand weights were not put away properly. Her instructions during class were clear and she gave a hard workout but made it fun. Kudos for a great class.
