We stayed at Lakepointe at Jacaranda for a year. The ladies in the office are amazing and helpful. Always very responsive. The maintenance men were also phenomenal and completed our requests in a timely manner! Would recommend!!

I have to laugh. I was sitting at the traffic light to turn into the complex across from Lake Point. The only reason I'm saying anything is because I used to live there years ago. At that time the property management was great. Professional and friendly and sincerely caring. Our apt layout was designed very well. But as I said, that was years ago.

Recently completed my leasing process with Lakepointe, and it was the smoothest application and signing experience. Carolina and Kim were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. My newly renovated unit is both modern and high-quality everything feels fresh and well-maintained. I’d definitely recommend Lakepointe, especially for first-time renters looking for a stress-free move-in.

I have been living here for 6 months and I must say it has been a great experience. The grounds are kept well maintained, and it is an overall quiet place. I have not had any issues with maintenance or management. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. I love my 2 bedroom unit. The neighbors are very nice and maintain their patios/balconies in great shape. I feel safe in this property. I would give 5 stars, but I wanted to alert pet parents to be mindful of some careless pet owners that have left their dogs off leash and no supervision. Management has made several attempts to fix this issue, but it is the dog owners fault. I have lived in 2 other properties in this same area and Lakepointe has been the best one!

Bad mold… Bad mildew… Crime and incompetent, manipulative manager, and assistant manager.
I tried my best not to leave a review. But after being disappointed so much I had no choice. Property management just like all the other reviews have said years and years back it’s horrible. There’s mold and mildew throughout these properties. The AC leaks, the maintenance does not take care of the problems Property Manager, they ignore it and they blame you. They’re incompetent, and at the bottom of totem pole when it comes to intelligence and taking care of the problems for the tenants. There’s home burglaries here. There’s crime break Leaving poop everywhere From peoples pets. parking is ridiculous $70 per car and you do not get a designating parking spot. Also the on-call service Tozier car without warning. The rental manager is aggressive and the assistant managers aggressive also. They are not the face of what Lakepoint should represent. In the last picture is the type of blinds that are in the place. I’m making an appointment to point this out. It might be a hollow point but it’s still a point. Like everybody else has said for years and years they need a new property manager and assistant property manager. do not move here. You will appreciate this advice later.

First off what an amazing property. The way Carolina accommodated my family and I through this process has made everything easier for us. The community is nice and family friendly. A few minutes away from the sawgrass and other areas of plantation that my family and I enjoyed. Definitely recommend!

scheduled a Tour of the property, really nice and clean. Valentina was great! She showed me and my husband around. Very professional and efficient and showed us different options that would be a good fit for us.
