I was super impressed by the service I received at my visit today. I received the best customer service that I’ve had in years from an employee by the name of Elyse. Elyse took the time to help me get the best deal with my insurance. She was SUPER kind and patient. I am very satisfied.

Aileen, the Licensed Optician and Dr. Falkner were amazing. Aileen was great with her service and knowledge. Dr. Falkner explained everything very clearly and both were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this store.

Had a wonderful experience in this location as always. Started off with Dr. Amanda Scott where I had an extremely comprehensive exam and then was helped with glasses by Elyse who I would highly recommend. She is patient and helped to maximize my insurance coverage and helped me find a second pair within my budget. Amazing service and care

Ms. Aileen was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly with my son and his choice of glasses. She was so patient and went thru every drawer possible to deliver exactly what he wanted. She was amazing. Ask for her! You won't regret it!!
