We just rented an outside unit at Life Storage. Noel was the representative onsite who helped facilitate the initial move-in. Noel has such a welcoming presence. Noel answered our questions and ensured we were able to initially access the gated area without any issues. In addition to great customer service and fair pricing, this location is great. We look forward to doing business there.

Such an amazing experience at the plantation 3106 location, the staff was completely amazing, they accommodated me on the smoothest transition from my old storage unit, Noel was the greatest help, he took care of me so amazingly and I’m very grateful for the amazing customer service!

The young lady Jasmine was excellent and very helpful. She’s an asset to your company. She was knowledgeable and helped assist me on the inquiries of other locations and their rates. Every location should have a Jasmine there.
