Love love this place and their friendliness. I almost always book for next day or the same day because of my ever changing schedule and I'm not picky when it comes to the massage therapist because they are all wonderful.

Hate that they only gave me 60 days to use my PAID massage. And stole my money since i didnt use it in time. They make the cancellation process complicated requiring signatures in person at first and then allowed online. so i got charged before i could end my membership and they wont refund you. Then went to make my appointment for mothers day and it was already expired.
Had been going to this place for a while for massages that were ok. Hate that the client relationship had to end with them not honoring the money i Paid. I wont recommend them,

Massage Envy Plantation is a beautiful place! The Manager Bri is a kind caring awesome manager! I have been going to this location for many years and would highly recommend them as my experience has been awesome! I have been using Yanik who is an incredible massage therapist and has helped me through some serious pain I have had and has given me so much relief and is amazing! I highly recommend this location as it has been an awesome ride and I continue to use there services and will say they are awesome caring kind team of highly skilled folks that care about every one that steps foot into there place! I will always continue to use them as I have many sports injuries that have helped me deal with the pain, I have cause myself by playing semi pro sports for so many years. I Love The family there and do not hesitate to utilize there services! Love them 100 percent. Blessing to Bri and Yanik and the family at this location!! Love you all! MARC XO

My go to place for facials!!!! Every time I walk in I feel at home, the front feels like family and you can tell the therapists care. It’s the perfect place to be when you need to take some time for yourself. Highly recommend if you need a self care day

I should have learned my lesson the first time I got a massage from this location with Alex. Second time here I got a massage with Ciera. Nothing against them both personally but I just wonder how they became massage therapists or if there is any rating from their massage certification to see if they in fact provide “Firm” massages. Both of these therapists didn’t work for me. I felt both times were body rubs and not actual massages. It’s a shame because it’s like a waste of money.

My experience was absolutely amazing! Ebony at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and wonderful! My therapist, Ashley, was the best! She was able to help me stretch and really work on problem areas! I highly recommend seeing Ashley and the team at the Sunrise location!

I went to ask a question, the front desk receptionist was abrupt and borderline rude. This massage envy is located in a busy plaza. After finally getting there, I didn’t expect such a stressful environment.
