It was such a pleasant experience purchasing a new phone from such helpful individuals.Vicki and Laura took such good care in answering every question, to showing set up and transferring important information from old to new phone. Could not be more satisfied with the 5 star customer service that we received. Thank you again. We will certainly be back thanks to Vicki and Laura, at the #2-202 location, Broward Blvd.

Customer service fine but staff member literally stood there while another customer entered the shop and removed his mask while on a phone call. They stared and did nothing.

There is this one small girl, with blue eyes, that refuses to connect customers phones, she has a horrible attitude, and refuses to provide the owners contact information, i been trying to give this store business, and everytime she refuses, very bad customer service from this location. Will be happy to send the customers to other locations.

great people work here, i just upgraded my phone and the girl made sure EVERYTHING was transferred before i left the store...way better than corporate stores
