Second time coming to this location with my elderly father. Great service. Jonathan Ray's took great care of us, he went above and beyond. Best experience I've had in a metro ever. Come see him for all your needs. Even with the line phone set up he was detailed and meticulous. He took his time putting the glass protector on and double checking everything on his account to ensure he had all he needed.

Definitely worth taking business elsewhere. Confusing experience: signs saying open now. And manager walks up at 10:01 am and then telling you they just barely opened its 10am opening. Don't have signs that say open now in the window then. Also 10am open you should be IN the store already as a manager, not walking IN at 10:01. It will take 30min or more to set up to be able to help customers. Photos show sign saying open. No one inside and door locked.

The customer service was lovely. The staff were super knowledgeable, efficient, and personable.My experience wouldn’t have been as great as it was if not for Shane (and also Raheem, but Shane did help me mostly).Thank you for a wonderful experience. :) I didn’t expect to have a wonderful time running errands.

Went in the mall for mango salads and left with 2 new phones. Raheem N was a great help and was fast. He convinced me into getting a new phone for my mother and I. This was a great Mother’s Day gift to her!

Ashley W. She was amazing she switched me from Verizon to T-Mobile which I am thrilled to be on this network. Everybody has been very helpful but Ashley always takes 10 steps further than anybody else to make sure we are taking care of. Thank you again Ashley.

Raheem was phenomenal at his job. Honestly the greatest salesmen in the store. Showing great skills. His manager was being very nice as well. I wish him the best and hope he goes far as an assistant manager

Shane was absolutely amazing I would recommend anyone to him. Came in and helped me upgrade my iPhone and was able to even find a case in my budget! Definitely by far one of the best customer service I’ve had in the three years I’ve been with T-Mobile!

You can tell when a company has no respect for people when you can't find the contact us on their website to make a complaint do you know what sleazeballs they are when you can't make a complaint I've had this phone for probably three years now I think this is the first time I've tried to contact T-Mobile to straighten out any type of discrepancy on the bill to ask a question to see if I could get one call charge back out of 20,000 calls that I probably made What I don't understand is why do companies like this run advertising thinking the people you know to give people a good impression of them when they when they have the one opportunity when a customer contacts them I think the one time since I bought the phone three years ago and they call you on your phone to discuss the bill but you should authenticate yourself because there's mysterious people answering your phone trying to pay your bill that's what T-Mobile's worried about
