Great customer service, the gentleman that assisted us was very helpful and bonus was he is bilingual which was huge help since my father doesn't speak English. Can remember his ne but he is Hispanic, slim, looks Asian. Keep up the good work young man ??

This place by far has the laziest employees. I had been to the store an hour before and noticed I forgot my wallet. I went inside and asked if they accepted Apple Pay. They said no. An hour later I returned and the salesman by the name Jorge greeted me and asked how he could help me. When I said I needed to upgrade my phone his response was, " the system has been down for 3 hours." I told him I had been by earlier and he flat out argued with me that I had never been there. The employee I spoke with earlier confirmed I had been there. Jorge signaled him and continues to stick to his story that system was down.

The service was the most unprofessional, Jeison the store manager was not helpful or even cared to try and assist with my problem, I have been a customer for many years and in the last 24 hours I have had the worst experience with metro pcs. I will be looking for other carriers for better customer service.

Went to upgrade my phone and asked about transferring data from my old phone to my new one and she said "we no longer do that". Resulting in me having to go to another metro store to get all of my photos, messages, and apps back. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I've taken a break from Yelping for several reasons but my recent experiences with this Metro location leaves me obligated to express how happy and pleased I am with the customer service my family and I received from Steven. We visited the store twice and called twice and on ALL 4 OCCASIONS Steven took such great care of us. He patiently described the services and products. We bought an iPhone and accessories and he helped transfer our data from the old device to the new device and the whole time telling us about Metro and continued to thank us for our business. Kudos to who ever trained Steven. Hope to pop in soon for our next upgrade and look forward to dealing with Steven again!!!

I visited the store on 5/8/19. The customer service was good. The rep allowed me to purchase a phone using a different name other than my legal name. She verified my identity by making sure my license matched my credit card. Than made copies after she wrote my driver license number on the merchant receipt. My only issue was I wasn't told exactly what I was paying for and I didn't receive a STORE receipt. Ive been to a lot of metroPCS stores and the vibe felt like I was being framed for something due to the color of my skin or appearance. On the contrary the cleanliess and presentation of the store was very good.

Entered store and was made to wait 10 minutes while 5+ employees continued talking. An employee named Cin, then asked "what you need" and displayed a veeeery bad attitude about doing his job. After explaining the problems with the cellphone; having (calls dropping, texts failing to send, headphones not work...) Cin devoted roughly 90 seconds to examining the phone and came back to say the phone is fine and that theres nothing he can do to help. Keep in mind, this is a corporate location that another stores referred me to. I re-explained the problems two more times until asking for the manager. The Manager named Jelani, returned and as if he was also being hassled to do his job, was also very disrespectful by stating the issues on the Lg k20 does not have the problems stated and informed me this was a "waste of time"... Jelani ultimately said a new sim card would fix the headphone plug along with all the other problems. Two hours later into having this new "problem-solving" SIM card, the same issues are still occurring on the phone. Being a customer for over 10 years, I would expect more respect from my cellular providers; especially in the corporate office - especially from a Manager. Very disappointed in seeing this is what the customer services that is being given to clients. After wasting my time at this location, the still problems are still occurring. Not happy and sadly, wouldn't recommend this location nor company.
