  My GYM Birthday Parties are the best!!! They hosted my daughters 1st and 3rd birthday at the GYM, And just did a mobile party for her 5 celebration. I highly recommend it, they customize the activities according to the age and theme party. They are amazing!!!!

  Beware – Unethical Practices - SCAM
  
  I feel completely scammed by this company. I signed up for a $29 one-week trial and was never sent a contract, confirmation, nor an account was created for me. They make it impossible to cancel—requiring you to do it online only with zero phone or in-person support. I had to dig through their website for over 30 minutes just to figure out how to cancel. I ended up having to create an account myself because they never set one up.
  
  When I finally got in, I tried to cancel within the trial period, their website kept giving me an error. I contacted support and was told, “Sorry, nothing we can do, clear your browser. You have to cancel it online only.” Then when I asked for a refund since I couldn’t cancel it online they said they couldn’t since “I signed a contract.” A contract I was never given. They refused to cancel the charge even though I made every effort on time.
  
  This is seems to be a deliberate setup to trap people into recurring charges. It’s shady, unethical, and absolutely unacceptable. I’m reporting them to the BBB and anywhere else I can. I had once recommended this place when I first started the trial, but now I’m warning everyone: do NOT sign anything with them. Their entire system is designed to confuse, delay, and trap you into ongoing payments. This is not a mistake—it’s a business model built on deception.
  
  Please be cautious before signing anything. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels deliberately deceptive.

  Mrs Shay & Mr Leo made My Little Butterfly Ny’Jah 2nd birthday one to remember. My daughter had a rough year after she was born & required open heart surgery and more. I was having anxiety about the party details especially with being a former my gym employee, I wanted everything a certain way and they definitely over exceeded my expectations. Even though I was particular in what I wanted, Mrs Shay and Mr Leo was able to incorporate their ideas and made a remarkable and unforgettable birthday party.
  They respected Ny’Jah’s boundaries while also making her the star of the party. Even with variety age groups, everyone had an extraordinary time. I truly want to thank My Gym for not only providing the space but for finding butterfly plates to add, which meant a lot. Most importantly, a special thanks to Mrs Shay and Mr Leo for going above and beyond in creating a monumental memory. Not to mention Ny’Jah and I truly enjoy going to classes and I will continue recommending such a life changing place to other families.

  We LOVE my gym plantation!! Everyone is so kind with the littles and very hands on. My son has thrived attending classes here and it’s thanks to my gym plantation staff! They keep the gym extremely clean and are always on top of keeping it that way. Thank you for a loving and fun experience my gym :)

  Had my two year old son’s birthday party there and it was awesome and so easy! Abby and Shay were great! They set up all the food and drinks I brought and the two hours was structured so there were constant activities throughout the party. My son had a blast and everyone that went gave rave compliments of the party!

  I would give 0 stars if possible for lack of customer service. I was searching online for something different for my child to try and came across My Gym Plantation. In my search, I found and booked a free open play trial class. I received an email confirmation stating that our appointment was booked as well as a follow up email confirming our class two days ago. We arrived today for the open play session only to be told after my child was allowed in the play area that there was an error and that I would have to pay a fee if he wanted to continue playing for the session. Why would I pay for the session if I booked it for free??? They refused to honor what was already booked. And then attempted to pressure me to pay for a membership without giving us an opportunity to see if we even liked it there. I would not recommend this company at all!

  Mygym Plantation is the best! I took classes with both of my kids and we’ve made the best memories. We celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday here and she absolutely loved it, they made her feel so special. The staff is great and the place is kept very clean. Last summer, I took both of my kids to their mixed age class, and they had a great time together -they both love it there. We’ve learned, played, and made friends at MyGym. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.

  Mygym is a great place to take my little to explore, play, and learn. The unlimited is the way to go , to really utilize your time.

  Class is 1 hour, plenty of games and group exercises for your babies. Staff is really nice.
