Scam customer service. Jacinta should be retrained or fired. They say they will call back but nobody does.

BUYER BE WARNEDI purchased a mattress for $1,845.21. They advertise a "risk free" trial. I asked to return the mattress after 31 days and they denied the return. Stay far, far away from these crooks.
