Really upset because I love panda but this location dropped the ball big time. I placed an online order and get a text message 12 minutes later it’s ready so I make my way to the store. Not only was it NOT ready but they wouldn’t let me check the names on the orders on the pickup. But they weren’t calling names when the orders were finished. So you don’t call a name and I can’t check it? Cool. It took them 43 MINUTES AFTER they sent the text saying it was READY for my order to ACTUALLY be ready. I’m livid. I don’t normally get mad about food or orders but the way they handle online orders here is infuriating. Online is a convenience and they make it very inconvenient and frustrating unnecessarily

They skimp on the portions like it comes out of the employee’s paychecks! Do not go to this particular franchise location. When asked to correct it they wanted to charge me extra. Stay away!

The short haitian lady with the eyebrows, that was serving us is NASTY! I'm a black woman and my husband is hispanic. She didnt like us as soon as we walked in. I wanted a bowl with half rice and noodles . I notice that the portion was very small then normal so I said something. I asked her, if she can put a little more , she says thats enough for a bowl , with a attitude . I Didnt like her response so I turned around and left

My wife and I would like to thank Katya for her kind attention. We love ordering from Panda Express because the food is consistently good. on this occasion, we tried placing an online order, but our usual entrees weren't available. I called the restaurant directly and Katya politely explained that occasionally when they are running low on a particular item and the store is nearing closing time, some items are removed from the online menu. Katya was able to help us get our desired entrees by keeping an eye out for our order. It's always such a nice surprise to come across people that are genuinely helpful and go out of their way to provide exceptional service, like Katya!

Quality of food is less than good . Teriyaki chicken is dark and fatty, like rubber .. Service sucks . No personality and think there spooning gold.

4th time in 2 weeks they run out of everything except orange and terriaki chicken 1 hour before close. How can you not have white rice, the most easiest, basic thing to make.

I swear these people really pissed me off if you knew that your store was having a promotion on the Chilli shrimp. That means make enough food because there will be a lot of people coming to your store. They didn't have non of the food that was ordered on the website.
