Amazing customer service!!I was looking for a gift for my Mom’s birthday. The manager who helped me was super patient and helpful!I had no idea what to get but, she kindly took the time to show me different options and I finally was able to get the perfect gift! My Mom loved it!!! ?

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a Pandora. The workers were so kind and attentive and helped me figure out what I needed. For context, I needed to buy my best friend a gift for her birthday and they stayed with me to look for the perfect gift for like a whiiiile. Will be going back asap!!

Long Waiting line, no greeting when you get in the store. The salesperson was like in a hurry, don’t even open her mouth to talk, poor customer service. I don’t think I will return back to this store. So disappointed atmosphere compared to another’s Pandora Stores.

I came in not knowing exactly what ring I want to purchase. An associate by the name of Kayla was extremely helpful; she was patient, responsive, and relatable. The location did not have the size of the ring I chose, and she immediately found another location for me to pick one up. Great customer service from her.

Never come to this store. You have a card so you have priority to go directly, and the same manager told me that she couldn't because I have to wait in line to buy. Never come to the store and don't get the Pandora card, it's all a DECEPTION.. and LIEThis store need review the personal that is working in there.. is the worst Pandora ever.. long line

I honestly thought my picking up my online order was going to be smooth sailing, but I guess I was wrong. I made an online order for this Pandora location yesterday and I tried to call in to make sure they received the order because I received an order number through my account somehow, but I did not receive an email with a receipt like I usually do. I called and told the clerk who answered the phone what was going on and she said there system was really busy due all the holiday orders they were receiving so it might not have shown up yet and I should try calling back in a couple hours. I did just that and the same woman picked up the phone just to tell me the order never went through…which is what she could’ve told me 2 hours prior had she just checked instead of blaming the system. So I reordered everything and went into the store about 2 hours after that to pick up the order I had placed, only to be held up there for about 30 minutes just for them to tell me my order still wasn’t ready. I told the girl helping me it was fine and I would just come back the next day because I was on a schedule and didn’t have time to keep waiting, she was very helpful though. I then come back the next day, which is today to pick up my order, mind you I got the confirmation yesterday evening, that my order was ready and I was told I have 3 days to pick it up. I get there today to find out that one of the charms from my order had been cancelled, and not by me lol. But by the store because it sold out…even though I paid for it BEOFRE it sold out, and then I also find out that one of my bracelets had also been sold out, at least in the size I ordered it in. I thought the purpose of online orders was to SKIP the having to find out that something is sold out. Like why am I allowed to PURCHASE something…if that same item I already PAID for can still be SOLD to SOMEONE ELSE…even though I ALREADY paid for it?? Like I don’t get it. And then I have to go through the inconvenience of waiting “3-5 business days” for my payment to be sent back to my account. Sorry, not sorry I'm just confused. I won’t be placing anymore orders through this location, it’s just very unprofessional and I don’t appreciate how frustrating this process has been.

I came here looking for a gift. I asked for a specific item, and the lady told me all their gift sets were 30% off. Well, she never showed me those gift sets so I don't even know if the gift set included what I wanted!Anyway, I ran into the item below. I have been looking for that type of pendant for years now. Long story. Anyway, I asked if this was from their new lab created diamond selection. It was not. I do appreciate the honesty I got when I asked if this would stay shiny for long. The lady (different from the person I spoke with originally) told me no. Rather than make a sale, she chose to tell me the truth. That pendant with the chain (I think) is $510.Panfora has lab created diamonds nowadays. These run in the thousands! I always thought of this place as having jewelry under $100. I guess times have changed.

Absolutely never shopping at this store again. Store manager was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Went shopping for charms with some of my friends and we were stared at and followed around the entire time. We asked for help and the store manager brushed us off and went help another group of people instead. This store honestly needs to review a lesson on customer service skills because it makes no sense how rude she was as a MANAGER. Me and my friends all felt discriminated against and we ended up just leaving without buying anything. After reading the reviews I can clearly tell that this isn’t the first time it’s happened either. Do better.

I’ve had a great experience shopping for my wife at this store on multiple occasions thanks to Ms. Stacey! She is wonderful and very helpful. If you ever visit this location ask for Stacey and she will ensure a pleasant experience!

Sad to give a one star this time because the girls are nice and Pandora? I love it! I am a big fan and I spend a gooood money here. However, One of my favorite charms( mickey's pin) needed an adjustment and I came to the store for that , supposedly they fix it , but when I got to my car I didn't have it any more. So instead of fixing it they made it worse and it fell somewhere on the way.I called the 1800,so hopefully there is something they can do. If so I will be changing my review because that would mean they really care. :(

Well I guess I am not the only one who thinks this place stinks. It is a 100% true. They sales women working there are rude, dont help and treat you like you are garbage. I bought what I needed for a birthday gift and then something really fast for me and left. One thing is for sure. They make a point of making you very uncomfortable!!!
