I had a great experience with Pepboys in sunrise. First, the facility is clean and I didn’t mind waiting there because it was tidy. Ben and his crew did a great job explaining what my car needed and discussed with me what was needed to be done.

Everyone is nice and ready to help. I had an appointment for a tire repair. Vehicle was looked at and worked on right away. I was in and out, and back on the road in no time.

PLEASE to all my ladies, if you decide to go to this pep boys don’t go alone, or go in with knowledge. I’m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to maintenance but I’m not stupid. I walk in for just an oil change, they offered for tire rotation too sure no problem, not that much of a price difference. I leave the pep boys until my car is ready. They send you an updated link to check the status of your car. Seeing the link they put everything possible wrong with my car, mind you I just got this car back in November, used car from Toyota but shouldn’t have any problems. So I know there couldn’t be anything crazy wrong just oil changes… I call them trying to grab information on what’s going on and they advised me I needed ALL 4 NEW BREAKS AND ROTORS, which was gonna cost around $1,000 which if the job needs to be done it needs to be done. I told them no I’m going to wait off. I wanted to get 2nd opinions just in case. I went to 2 different places and they advised all my breaks and rotors are still in good condition and does not need replacement. I’m in shocked because I was just about to be scammed for 1,000 when everything looks good. Please don’t stick to 1 opinion, try different places. Lying to customers doesn’t go along way, taking care of customers will set good karma. Young customers like me or anyone in general should not taking advantage.
