They do not know how to fix cars. Especially William. Do not allow William to touch ur car or managers.I brought my 2014 Kia in for simple AC fix and they messed up the whole motor and broke coolant box. Brought my mustang in yesterday and they lied and said they checked everything.. i went outside and changed the blown fuse and jump started my car and now it works. Pep boys only purpose might just to sell u car parts from a computer screen other than that they do not have mechanics who know how to fix a car. My buddy brought car in for simple battery replacement and it took them 4 hours lol

I got the lifetime alignment a few years ago and every time I would bring my vehicle for an oil change I would do it. Just last week I spent over $800 on tires, which I also had them do an alignment. Today I brought my husband’s car to get the alignment and his vehicle came out the same way it went in. Just wasted over 4 hours. Now I’m questioning if they really do the alignments…

I had a damaged tire on 12/27/23. I went to the store to buy two tires because I didn't want to have two tires with different wear. There was only one unit in stock. I was informed that I could come in the next morning to have the other tire installed. I came on Wednesday and nothing. Thursday, nothing either, Friday nothing either. He then said he would come on Sunday morning. I arrived at 9:00 am and they said that to change a tire, the service would only be ready in the late afternoon. Isn't that a lot of time to change a tire that was scheduled five days earlier?

i called pep boys at 12 noon to have my car towed over to the sunrise location. l live about 2 miles from there. my car wasn't picked up until 4:45. I called several times but was forwarded to their chat customer service. useless. anyway once they finally picked up the car they said someone would call to let me know they recieved the car. didn't happen I called twice and finally they acknowledged they had the car. clearly by that time nobody was going to work on it. next day I got a text that they recieved the car. that was at 9 am. I called at 11 am and still no one had even looked at the car. they said they would check it and call me back right away. didn't happen. I called back at 1 pm they said it needed a battery. I agreed and said to proceed. I Tod them I would pick it up within the hour they said hour and a half. ok. my car was given back to me at 3 pm. Thanks for the work. Unfortunately someone either your tow truck guy or one of your techs stole my sunglasses from my car. I know I should t of left them there but I was hoping your employees would be honest and not steal other people's Property. Shame on you guys. terrible place never useing them ever again. horrible experience

I would like to thank the managers Juan & Rolando for their excellent customer service. Also the mechanic Ricardo for his honest and great work! When I visit the Plantation store for repairs I request that mechanic Ricardo perform the repairs on my car. I am very happy the quality of work performed on my car.

This location is quick to take your money unjustly. I called on Sunday afternoon to see if I was able to have help with removing my old car tags due to the screws being rusted and installing my new one. After the associate spoke to their manager, I was quoted $150 for this job. I then called Tires Plus on N Flamenco Road and was reassured that they would be happy to help me with this matter free of charge and they completed the job in less than 5 minutes.Instances such as this proves how these types of companies like to take advantage of women by quoting ridiculous rates. I would have been happy to pay a fee as long as it was aligned to the amount of labor that would be put in. I hope this review helps someone from being scammed.

Brought my car in to location on Sunrise with issues Clicking when turning wheel some type of electrical all dash.lights would go off one headlight off no turn signals Shop has it one and a half full days The app is useless and says exacly same thing appt confirmed. This is a point of contact for Silverock Warranty They twice now says nothing wrong wirh car take to dealet3 when rhey are the shop to repair I would never go again. I been going for year Never ever has this type of situarion Sad to see how bad ir has become i askwd foe manager and hold at keast 65 mins then hung up sealing the deal letting everyone know Stay away
