I recently visited Plantation Firestone located at 631 S. State Road 7 in Plantation Florida and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from the moment I walked in.
Kenny the Owner and Service Manager Trevor along with the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs.
I brought my Ford Expedition to have looked at as I was preparing to go on a long road trip and the technicians conducted a comprehensive inspection and were able to identify a few potential issues and explained everything to me in detail without any pressure to make immediate repairs. I appreciated their honesty and transparency.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary Wi-Fi, making the wait time pleasant. They also kept me updated throughout the process, which I found very reassuring.
Overall, my experience at Plantation Firestone was excellent. I highly recommend this location for any of your automotive needs. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

Very nice and knowledgeable mechanics, but if you have more than one issue don't drop your car off.. they will wait all day to check it out and may not even look at everything you dropped the car off for.

Worst transmission place EVER. NOT FIRESTONE!!!!! Took my car back 5x because of Leaks. Read reviews Please! I had to wait for 1 1/2 weeks and the Same Result. Don't Do it to YOURSELF !!!!!

These people are crooks and liars. I took my Acura MDX in there for a diagnostic they came back 10 minutes later told me my compressor was bad wasn't the compressor. It was the condenser charge me $80 for nothing, then disrespect me on the cell phone without handing a receipt back after paying money for the diagnostic, bad business disrespectful, bad customer service all in general if you want to be a dummy bring your car to this company these people are trailer trash

Thanks Kenny and Trevor and all the staff there ? ? now to all the customers reading this post . These are some straight up professionals with alot going on so yes sometimes I had to leave a message or call back But in the end of my repairs they stuck to there word and fixed my ride. ??and didn't try to upcharge me as so many other companies do .

These guys will mis diagnose your A/C trouble. Try and charge $650 for rebuilt compressor, while the trouble was a leaking high side valve.Brought car to get another estimate $95 replace valve recharge system, works fine. No problem with compressor.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY REPAIRS. ***** the owner is dishonest.

They're open on the weekend which is sweet, I went there fixed my car, the rates were excellent, I did suspension work, got rid of all the clunking and noises, love the place, stop by check em outService: General repairs & maintenance
