How is it possible that after already renting the storage unit and bringing the scooter in several times, you suddenly decide to give me a hard time and say I can’t bring it in? Nowhere in your contract does it say scooters or bicycles cannot be stored. Terrible service.
And to Valentina (or whatever your name is): your job is to assist clients, not roll your eyes when someone asks for directions in a confusing facility layout. You were nice only while getting the lease signed—after that, a complete 180 with an attitude. Giving a person with disabilities a hard time is unacceptable. I hope you get back exactly what you put out.

When I needed extra storage for some things lying around the house, I knew exactly where to go. My parents used this storage facility five years ago, and now it was my turn. Owners were just as friendly as I remembered, and equally honest, helpful, and transparent. Very clean facility with tight security, as well. Also always nice to support a small family business rather than a big chain. Thank you for everything!

Great prices, great service. I think my only critiques would be the times they're opened. Closing at 6 is a bit inconvenient, but I understand that it keeps prices down so I'm not too hard pressed about it. Would definitely recommend!

Truly one of the best storage places I have ever worked with. Staff is always friendly and helpful, always there to answer any questions or concerns. 24 hour surveillance, ac units as well as outdoor. They have all equipment available for you to unload your vehicle and even locks for sale that aren’t over priced. They are always doing promos and truly have the best deals in town. Storage unit doors are not short 4’ where you are struggling to get your items into storage. High key recommend for all your storage needs.

I'm storing staff x few years the service is great Bill and his team are real troopers..very helpful and courteous.Super clean place no bugs and a/c which is a big plus.Highly recommend to all this facility. Reasonable prices.Thank you guys ??

I've had several storage units through the years. Plantation Xtra Storage is by far the friendliest, cleanest and most affordable. The staff make you feel important and at home.
