The useless employees take forever and don't even complete simple tasks. I waited 45 minutes to see a banker to set up auto payment enrollment for my mortgage. 1 month later PNC says they didn't receive the form from the local bank.

Started my own business last year and went to PNC for my business banking needs. Rich Wolz and his team made the entire process simple and easy. In this virtual world of faceless interactions, it is so great to have a local branch with real people, who know me and are there when I need something.

I have been with PNC for a very long time. I love my bank. Priscilla assistant branch manager helped me yesterday with a wire transfer. I had never done a wire transfer. She was patient. Very helpful. It made me love my bank all the more. Great bank. Great customer service. I walk into this branch and they never forget my face. Very happy!!!

Everyone that I have worked with at this Plantation branch has been helpful and pleasant. Tracy especially went above and beyond in helping my son and I to open new accounts and to manage existing one. She was incredibly patient and efficient. Thanks Tracy and PNC for exceptional customer care.

Left Bank of America a few years ago over terrible customer service and have been very happy with PNC ever since. The entire staff at this location has always been very friendly and helpful on the occasions that I have gone into the lobby, but the online app is very easy to use as well. Recently went into the lobby a few times to do a few transactions and found Tracy Shim eager to assist and was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend PNC Bank and this Plantation branch.

Only the branch manager can open business accounts according to the staff here and she doesn't come in on weekends. Useless bank.

Manager won't deposit my own money order that I 'd like to refund. Because it could be at risk of double cashed. Now I have a useless money order, and a useless bank. Apparently my credit card and checking account with PNC means nothing to them. The manager said she was sorry. But I don't think she was.
