Unfriendly is being kind , is Hello or thank you a huge request. Absolutely as if we are going to the DMV, rude and just a ATTITUDE !Is she a celebrity temp also?
Do managers care?? or even read reviews?.
Train her to say Good Morning!! Good Afternoon and Thank you, We bet she said all of these words to get hired

Requested a manager because an employee denied my passport as proof of id becase he stated it was expired when it wasn’t manager came with an attitude and said you want to argue with me or get what you need ya’ll need to be trained more on customer service its unacceptable for a manager to speak that way when is a problem on ya’ll end where ya’ll don’t even know how to read an American passport this is my local publix and in a way i feel like this is a way of discrimination to my appearance

This location is SMALL like extremely small!! The meat department is lacking variety and freshness for meats. Produce section had many selections of fruits and veggies everything seems fresh. Bakery is super clean and the breads are super soft and fresh!!

The deli is by far one of the slowest and worst you could stop into! I used to come here 8 years ago and it was whack then, still is. Ladies frowning looking like she's about to die move no the slicer like an 80 year old grandpa who's never used a slicer. They were serving customer 32 and my number was 90. Not an efficient deli. To top it off they didn't have any rye bread in the bakery! Icing in the cake. Now I go try at another Publix. It's also amazing how these stores demographics have such an effect on the experience! Truly depends on what neighborhood your in how your experience may go and feel

The staff at this Publix Pharmacy is amazing. So professional, pleasant, and always a great experience. I have received several vaccines here and they are more than 5 stars for my medication refills.

I recently was in Plantation visiting family and needed a prescription filled for a tooth issue. I learned that Publix fills an antibiotic prescription at no cost so we headed to the closest store. I was absolutely impressed with this location!! The store was very clean and well stocked! The PLUS...a friendly staff!! I had the absolute BEST customer service experience with Maria in the pharmacy. Kind and genuinely .helpful!!

Rozetta at the sub area has been the most PLEASANT human I have ever encountered in a Publix sub area! I was so pleased with the way she treated me.

This Publix is okay why its not good is customer service is really poor in the sandwich Department have the same girl alway doing online orders taking her time cause looks like never wants to make a sandwich and I been going there for a year. also everyone is just rude and never provide good service always a attitude when you tell them exactly how I want my sandwich done.

Worst Publix I've ever been too!! If your planning on getting an sandwich don't go there. The employees are super rude tossing everything around like they don't like there jobs. The lady Mona made me an broken wrap I had to complain so they can remake it and she made it with attitude and this has been multiple times.

Deli review: Your online orders are never ready on-time (like EVER) and then you run around the store like a chicken with your head cut off because workers keep passing you off to one another. No one wants to take accountability. A worker even blamed another customer, telling me they took my online order. Then he just stares at me and didn't offer a solution... Like HELLO are you going to make me a new one? Terrible customer service.

They have a small selection of gluten free options but they are always friendly and it's very clean. I've never run into anyone who seems to have a bad day. They always try to make things run smoothly

Very nice to have a supermarket very close just one minute from my apartment. I found out that there's two within a mile of this one but I like this one because the lines are quick they still have everything stuck to the roof

What can I say Publix is a store I love . I heard they treat their employees really good and allow them to have stock in Publix . I love the fresh produce . Wish the prices on produce were a lot less . Other wish I am very happy . Parking is ample .
