Pretty well organized. Their internet connection briefly went out making check in rougher than it should have been. They have no one manning the front desk area. Once checked in, everything went smoothly. This was one of the most busy establishments we have experienced since moving to Fort Lauderdale.

I went to get my labs done this morning. I checked in from the car and it was quick and easy. I barely got to sit down before my name was called. My lab draw was quick and painless and I was out in roughly 10 minutes. Thank you to the team at this location for making this trip very easy.

Zero stars! Rude staff. Head nurse came out to waiting room yelling “if your a walk-in, you will not be seen.” Zero politeness or customer service skills. Do not go.

It was quick and easy but I will say come prepared because on the phone you can’t reach anymore and if you try to ask someone at the front they will yell at you.

I see a lot of negative reviews here, but my experience was great. The kiosk check-in was easy and fast, waiting room was roomy and not overscheduled or crowded. Very efficient and moved quickly...actually ahead of schedule. My tech was also great -- personable and good at her job. I'd use this location again!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Complete waste of time. Arrived at 1230 to my 1240 appointment, signed in and put text message option to be notified when they’re ready; never received a text. Finally talked to someone an hour later after no one was at the front desk the entire time and was told I would need to reschedule as my name was called twice already even though I put text. I only put text due to a muggy dirty environment and hardly any open chairs. It literally smelled like chuckee cheese. All the doctors were extremely rude especially the black woman who I believe was the head nurse. She screamed at all the patients in the waiting room they were no longer accepting walk ins and accused me of being late in a rude tone. Doctors do not know how to take accountability for their faults and were highly unprofessional. Cannot believe these were actually adults working in this establishment. Place should be shut down

Worst quest diagnostics ever. This place NEEDS to be shut down. I’ve never wanted to leave a place so bad. The head worker is a nasty (couldn’t get her name and I’m not racist, I’m black as well) black woman with a horrible attitude. They don’t verbalize what they want you to do and act crazy when you’re seem lost. Please never go here. Avoid at all costs.

I wish there was a half of star option. They are very unprofessional and rude here. And don’t know how to deal with younger children properly. I brought my son and also my toddler daughter but my son was the one getting blood drawn. My son and very fearful of needles and so am I even as a adult today. First Red flag the person drawing my blood was taking a personal phone call while she was entering my son information into the system. Then my daughter start to cry cause she wanted me to pick her up but I couldn’t cause I had to be there for my younger son, the lady began to try and tell my younger daughter to shhhh cause she was still on a phone call which was the SECOND RED FLAG. So my son wanted to sit on my lap cause he’s afraid but then my toddler started to cry again and she told me that my son had to sit by his self cause I needed to stop my toddler for crying and then my son started to panic and I’m telling her he’s afraid of needles and I must sit with him cause I didn’t want anything to go wrong she still refused and said she had a headache and couldn’t deal with all that crying and then try to state they have other customers too. I got my daughter to finally be quiet and I asked if I could sit with him now and hold her she told me no and started talking about rules and regulations. But my thing is does the rules say it’s ok to be on a personal phone call while you have a patient in the room ????? So I asked very nicely if someone else can or needed to do it she told me no again. And the very ONLY reason I allowed my son to still get bloodwork done there is because I had waited 2 weeks prior to finally get a appt and I didn’t want him missing anymore days from school and it was my only day off. So I’m writing this review so say that some of their workers are very rude and unprofessional and doesn’t know how to show compassion to younger kids who have needle phobia issues. And it’s say to also say that most of them were black women and I’m also a black woman and it’s Sad to see when we work so hard to get somewhere and then when you finally get to that place of having a career such as that one you should drop the attitude, the unprofessionalism, the sloppy service and really be a asset to the company, and not a reliability. Find another Quest the service isn’t worth the headache.

I took my 13 year old daughter to get some blood work .After the blood work was done she turn pale white and was feeling dizzy, lost her hearing, was seeing dots, was about to vomit. I was scared because for me it wasn't normal to see my kid like that.I know that a lot of people even faint in these situations. This is my baby girl and I responded concerned and even called 911. The lady that was there taking the blood samples was telling me," to calm down and saying I was acting wrong". I was concerned and responded as a mother should in a calm manner . She allowed my child to put her head down and when I was speaking to the 911 operator she advised not to allow her to lay her head down or to fall asleep contrary to what that woman was doing. The 911 operator asked me to keep talking to her and not to allow her to put her head down. Instead of assisting my daughter she started scolding me as if I am a child on how I should respond. I was attending to my child and listening to the 911 operator and doing what they should be trained to do. She advised me not to call 911. I am glad I did call 911 as for my daughter's blood pressure was very low and the EMT advised to take her to the emergency room. When we left Quest Diagnostics she said," if we called 911 every time someone fainted they would be here all the time."This is my child, my insurance company ,my money! Who is she to be the one that takes my peace of mind when it comes to my child and putting my child at risk! I am disgusted by these people's response and how disheartened they were. This was a horrible experience and I hope that they hire people that are more compassionate and better trained specially if they are in the health industry.

Made an appointment for both my kids first labs. They were right on time. No extra waiting. Jean was really patient with my kids and he went the extra mile to make them feel comfortable. Will only be going to this location from now on.
