I have been to this plantation location multiple times and the customer service is truly terrible. I scheduled an appointment today for 11:20am it is now 12:00pm and still have not been taken in for my labs. I came to this location three weeks ago and had to return today because they forgot to draw one of my labs request by my doctor and when the doctors office reached out to quest they didn't even receive an answer as to why my labs were never drawn. The quality of care given here is terrible and I will never be returning to this location. This is a waste of my time and prolongs me getting a diagnosis when they are forgetting to run specific labs.

As far as Quests go, make an appt and you'll be in and out in no time. 20 mins total for blood work, including wait time coming early. Solid facility.

First, I will say that when I arrived at 6:30 AM, the line was told that any walk-ins may not be seen and if you stayed that it was optional. I decided to wait. As I waited I did realize that appointments came and went and other walk-ins before me for 3.5 hours. I was being seen waiting and no one said anything to me until I came to the door asking how much longer. Staff member Mon*** assisted me and apologized for my wait and thanked me for my patience. HONESTLY, the only reason I cannot give a bad review is because she clearly started it would be a long wait. And the only reason the review is not better is because this location should be APPOINTMENT ONLY, especially on a Saturday.

This people has no regard for your health, I couldn't find an appointment so I decided to do walk in, I arrived at 9 am, people with appointments at 11.30 checked in before their time and were assisted, leaving people that arrived as walk in waiting for hours, instead of taking care of the people that arrived early... I understand appointments has priority, but if you are taking a time for an appointment you must respect people's time, an appointment is for an specific time, not for you to walk-in with priority, if that is the case, then just give an alloted number of spot and come at your own time... this is the worst customer service, and this is supposed to be health!

Came here to get my blood drawn without an appointment. Did my walk in check in and to my surprise I was not only taking in after 10-15 min but I was giving great quality care by the staff . Wish the same lady was at every location .

Great experience at this location. I had a fasting appt at 7am. Got there a few mins early and checked in. London called me back right on time. She could tell I was nervous and was so good with me. She kept us talking and it was over before I knew it! She definitely has the heart of a good healthcare provider. Very grateful for her and the overall ease of the experience.

The facility was clean and the phlebotomist that took my blood Kyle was exceptionally kind, calm and compassionate. My experience was positive and I made an appointment, did the digital checkin at the kiosk, then waited in my car u til 10 minutes before my appointment. My name was called and I was in and out very quickly.

Yes the place is in need of some TLC but the lady did a good job, listened to me and drew my blood very quickly. My doctor got my results way faster than any other location. Got in and out… will go back again

Went in as a walk-in around 6:40am and was seen by Mika. She was the sweetest person ever. Very attentive and friendly. Didn’t feel anything when the blood was drawn. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was in and out in no time. Definitely recommend to be there as soon as they open if you weren’t able to schedule an appointment ahead of time!

I was so nervous to go in to have my blood drawn due to bad experiences I've had in the past at other locations. This location was relatively easy to find, check in was simple and my phlebotomist was amazing. Her name is Theresa and her hands are gifted! She was kind and gentle and it literally only felt like a pinch. That was the quickest and most painless blood drawing experience that I've ever had! Helpful things to remember: 1. Bring your lab order form/prescription with you (they do not print them there). 2. Make an appointment! (Walk-ins tend to wait a longer time than those with an appointment). 3. Be sure to hydrate yourself BEFORE you get there. (It makes the veins plump up, making it an easier experience to get your blood drawn). 4. Be kind to the staff. They work hard so please be nice.

Staff is rude and cannot print lab order even if you forgot it or don’t have it. Better pray you print the lab order before going there on top of the staff being rude as hell with no customer service. It seems like quest goes out of their way to hire the most rude unhelpful people on the planet.

Is the second time that this happens to me, the dr ordered to take some sample home and bring back to the lab next day , however THIS IS IMPOSIBLE!!!!!!, since you have to make an appointment for drop off and THERE IS NONE FOR A WEEK!!! Are you supposed to store the specimen for the test for that long????. Is not only the quality of the service as the quality of the results of your test !!!!how accurate they can be with out proper process . Need new system

Needless to say the suite's decor is amazing . Very tastefully done. The front desk staff is very professional and accommodating.

Horrible experience here. Staff is RUDE and closed the door in my face while I was calmly and politely asking her a question. The best part is I was on-time to my appointment, I have insurance and I had a lab slip. Only hiccup was I am new to the area and have not unboxed my printer. Who knew that in 2023 a place still isn’t able to use technology to print a labslip to accommodate a patient. Don’t waste your time going here.
