My experience at Relax the Back was quite pleasant. The store is located in a convenient location and parking was readily available. Inside, the store was clean, organized and welcoming. Karina, the representative on duty at the time greeted me warmly and was extremely knowledgeable addressing any questions and concerns. She was able to direct me to the product that fit my budget and needs. In addition, she also made the purchasing process seemless. A very positive experience. I recommend this authorized mattress retailer for any person looking to purchase a new mattress and if you are blessed enough to have the assistance of Karina, you are sure to be in good hands.

Our experience with this company over the past 20 years has been five star on the quality of the products, from chairs to mattresses to various gadgets to help with pain. Our latest experience was in the Plantation store with Carina where we ended up purchasing a new mattress and two new human touch chairs. We had two older models of the chairs which have lasted 20 years.
I will start by thanking Carina for a great overall experience. There were some issues that came up with delivery and she was right on it making sure we were completely satisfied. If you are looking for help or someone to give you advice on the best product for you she is the one. So knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
We are thoroughly enjoying our new bed and chairs. Thank you Carina and Relax the Back!

Purchasing a bed can be frustrating, but the store manager, Karina Clonda (Relax the Back Plantation) and Phillipa (sp?) and team who delivered the bed and adjustable frame were AMAZING. I recommend Relax the Back's end-to-end team for anyone that is mattress shopping.

High quality, fast service, items in stock. Found the exact memory foam seat cushion that I use in my car and in the office. Outstanding quality, you get what you pay for.
Karina helped me with my purchase. She knew all the answers and was not pushy. Items of comfort sold in a comfortable environment.

I visited the Boca store today and met Dina Roger's. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very easy to talk to her. She took the time to find out what I wanted in a massage chair. She had me sit in a massage chair with many more features than I expected. She took the time to work with Juan, the regional manager, to get me a great deal. Dina made my experience very enjoyable. We chatted past closing. She made sure I understood every aspect of the chair. I definitely recommend relax the back but more importantly, I would definitely seek out Dina.She is a PRO!

I’m writing to formally report a very disappointing and unprofessional experience I had at one of your stores a few weeks ago.
When I visited the store, I was helped by a woman named Dina. I’m not entirely sure of her background, but she appeared to be of mixed race — possibly Black and Asian — and I only mention this to help identify her. When I walked in, she was lying in a gravity chair, which is the product my husband and I had been seriously considering purchasing. As soon as she saw us, she quickly got up and approached me in an overly familiar and inappropriate manner, saying things like, “Hey girl, how can I help you?”
What was most alarming was that I could clearly smell alcohol on her breath. Her behavior was erratic and unprofessional, and she even used profanity — including calling me the “B-word” multiple times in what she seemed to think was a playful tone. I was incredibly put off by the interaction and didn’t feel comfortable continuing the conversation, let alone making a purchase.
Hoping for a better experience, I went to a different Relax The Back location in West Palm Beach a few days later — only to find that she was working there as well. This was extremely frustrating, especially after traveling a long distance and genuinely trying to make a purchase. Her presence again prevented us from buying the chair we had been seriously considering for a long time.
I find it completely unacceptable that an employee representing your brand would be working under the influence, using offensive language, and acting unprofessionally with customers. This situation not only ruined our shopping experience, but also cost us time, effort, and trust in your company.
I strongly urge you to take appropriate action. Someone under the influence should not be working in a customer-facing role, especially when dealing with high-ticket items and customers seeking a professional, helpful environment.
I look forward to hearing how this matter will be addressed.
