I bought a Palisade at Rick Case, The best dealer in the area to buy a Hyundai. Ben was my salesman, tall skinny guy so he move fast to get me a deal. I was looking for the gas Palisade, but he was able to move me up to the entry level Hybrid. What a deal with all the new technology it has turn into my dream Suv.
Jorge, was the finance person, he found me a great rate. He went through all the details in a calm professional way. Completely satisfy going from Little Havana to gringo country for a great deal.

We just buy a new car here and is been a nightmare when we realized the car came with no motor cover and it was vandalized for animals it’s been a pain in neck to dealer be responsible for selling new cars in not good conditions

I had a very mixed and ultimately frustrating experience here. While Jose, the sales manager, was professional and genuinely tried to help, the overall process left me feeling pressured and uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was the opposite. Mo, the finance manager, was extremely unprofessional, became aggressive, used profanity, and denied promises that were previously made. When I asked for clarification, I was even accused of lying, which was completely unacceptable.
The deal terms changed multiple times, and instead of clear explanations, the pressure increased when I hesitated. I left feeling rushed and dissatisfied rather than confident in my decision.
No customer should be spoken to this way during such a major financial purchase. I hope management addresses this behavior.

Incredible service and staff!
I had an amazing experience at Rick Case Hyundai Plantation! The service was top-notch from start to finish.
A special shout-out to Sales Manager Sergei Kirienko he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He truly went above and beyond to help me get the best deal and the perfect car.
I absolutely love my Hyundai Kona! The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.

Fantastic service. We spoke with Paulo and he was a wonderful finance manager. He explained everything in detail, was very respectful, gave us options, were very transparent, and so much more. The whole process was so smooth. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I had turned in my lease early and was promised by Paolo a refund for the month that had already been processed. Since then, I have been sent to voicemail on each number I call. I have reached out by email as well with no response. My first experience with this dealership was great. Now, I have been extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism in regards to what was told to me and the communication. An update. My call was finally returned where Paola promised he would take care of it. And again, nothing over a week later with no answer to any of my calls or voicemails. Extremely disappointed with the lie and communication that I have experienced.

Great Customer service at Hyundai in Plantation. Christian Arbelaez is my service advisor. I want to take a minute to thank him for always doing a great job. He is very knowledgeable and informs me about everything with my Tucson. I go see him every time I need anything done on my car. Oil change , maintenance, etc… thank you Christian!

🚨 SCAMMERS – DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RICK CASE 🚨
Rick Case is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer.
I bought a brand new car (0 miles) two years ago, and from the VERY FIRST DAY I drove it off the dealership, the problems started — and they have never stopped.
A BRAND NEW car that:
• had issues from day one
• went back and forth to service multiple times
• was NEVER properly fixed
And what did Rick Case do? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
They constantly:
• pass the responsibility around
• avoid accountability
• waste your time
• and make YOU feel like the problem, after selling you a defective vehicle
Once they take your money, they disappear.
They do not honor warranties, they do not provide real solutions, and they show zero respect for their customers.
Let me be very clear:
👉 This is not bad luck
👉 This is a business model: sell first, disappear later
I lost:
• time
• money
• peace of mind
• trust
A big-name dealership acting like a well-organized scam.
If you’re reading this and considering buying a car here: DON’T.
Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss.

I will never work with this place again. They don't care about you after the sale. I purchased a vehicle in June and I'm having issues with the drive train. I took it to them and they said they can't fix it, I take to it to Jeep and there's an issue with the warranty. Because of the tie back clause the vehicle should be serviced at the place it was sold. Hyundai is saying one thing while the warranty department is saying something different. Mohammed and Cris misled me and for that I'm dissatisfied with the level of service. I'm really not interested in the vehicle and just want another one at this point.
It's two months later and my vehicle is in the shop again. The dealer can't fix it because of the your back clause. I've only had this vehicle six months and these are major issues. The power train on the truck is a mess and I believe someone knew this. I need a new vehicle. I have a child and have been inconvenienced for the second time in six months. I shouldn't have to miss work and she shouldn't have to miss school. It's disheartening that a dealership as big as this one would sell someone a lemon. I've shopped with you all before. This needs to be rectified immediately. Legal action may need to be pursued.

If you planning on buying or leasing, please make sure to ask about how services work before you do it. I lease a 2024 Tucson. Had a check engine line on and the car entered on limp mode. The dealer sent triple a to pick the car 2 days ago. Today I called and they didn't even know they had the car there. I asked about time line and confirm that the earliest they will check my car is in 7 days. I asked about loan vehicle and said that they can do it before next Friday (7 days) . So if you need a reliable vehicle please think about different brands.
