Se encuentra muy buena mercancía y con buenos precios, pero falta orientación de parte de las personas que allí trabajan para los clientes que no hablan inglés .

Newer Ross in Broward county. This one is located on Sunrise boulevard. Just west of University drive. Store is clean. It's a regular Ross. Sometimes you find what you're looking for and sometimes you don't. But prices are always great.

I went a few weeks ago… went to the men’s shoe department - went to try on a pair of shoes and felt something sharp in it… there was a security sensor opened in the shoe. I took it out put it on the shelf and tried on the shoe. It didn’t fit so I moved down and kept looking at the shoes. Suddenly this Mama Cass looking security woman comes and started screaming and accusing me of taking the sensor off the shoe and that she was going to “check the cameras” knowing I did nothing I kept shopping - she comes back with a security team and starts screaming for me to “get out” I was escorted from the store. Because she didn’t look mentally well I was happy to leave mama cass and her psycho security team behind me. Plus the store is complete disarray. You’re better off buying clothes at dollar tree

It is really unfortunate that a brand new store instead of hiring the best tem, hire the worst people. I bought something on this particular location and no questions ask, any other stores if you brought back what you bought because it is defective or there’s something wrong, this particular location the cashier made a show, started acting sarcastic and was ruse and disrespectful. When you’re dealing with customers, customers are the main reason for the store to be, if you do not have happy customers, store soon or later will close due to non business. The employee instead of trying to help me as a customer she act really rude and then she started to talk in another labguage with other fellow co workers who started mocking us. It is the worst experience I ever had in a Ross Store. Hope the company do something about it, because people like that employee just rest business to the company instead of adding businesses.

I was initially jumping out of my seat when i learned that a Ross location was opening up so close to me, only to be extremely disappointed by the customer service staff that are working here, I had bought sneakers here and they had turned out to be sized for women and happened to be in the men’s section… no big deal I’ll just come in and return them. As soon as I walked in the lady manning the return section had a HUGE attitude with me when I had stated I didn’t have my receipt despite the fact that I hadn’t even worn the shoes yet the tags are exactly as I had purchased them, I didn’t even get a chance to get another word in because she shoo’d me away to go get an exchange so she and I quote “wouldn’t have to deal with me twice”. Mind you I also work in retail, and always make it a point to be courteous to the staff because I understand how hard their job can be, but I would never tell a customer to go away so the transaction would be over with. TO ADD TO THE SITUATION, the manager followed me relentlessly for what I assume to be racial profiling because she had no problem leaving my Caucasian wife to go shop in the women’s section. She followed me to the shoes section, WHICH BY THE WAY, had even more women’s shoes and incorrect sizes than the previous time I was there, the pet section and even pursued me back to the return line. I know the game, i know when I’m being followed and i don’t appreciate it when i had tried to be nothing but courteous to the staff. Disappointed by Ross’s choice of management for a brand new store, I thought the opening of this store would bring business back to jacaranda plaza but it seems like they’re more interested in chasing customers away. Will be shopping elsewhere until they can get their act together. Sincerely, Disappointed.
