Suppose to be getting two sensor every two weeks, Only getting one and always two days after current one has expired. Tried calling and wondering Why does a fax machine answer your calls and no one replies to e mail. Are you still in business????

For 3 months straight, problems getting my diabetic sensors! Phone out of service again! If you're not going to get the job done, don't play with peoples health!

I went to Shaoni Medical Solutions to get my Free Style Libre sensors. It started fine the first couple of times being delivered on time. Then it started being late. I spoke to them and they said I could pick them up so I don't have to wait for mail that is always late. I live in Plantation so i agreed. I started getting calls from them letting me know when it was time to pick up. That went on for two months. Then I did not get called at all in August and when I tried to call there was no answer or it would go to fax. I finally had to spend my money and buy one since this diabetic tool has improved my A1C due to my controlling my blood sugar I finally went to see them since I could not get a hold of them by phone. Their excuse was that the lady that had taken care of my account was no longer there so no one took the initiative to follow up and then the other excuse was that the company they used ran out of the supplies. So everyone waiting for this critical supply we're left without which is what she said. This company should be taken off the market since they are playing with peoples health. We diabetics need these supplies to maintain tabs on our glucose levels so we dose our insulin. For this company to says they ran out or that the lady with account left the company is unacceptable and inhumane. I told them i would be checking my medicare charges to ensure no bills are submitted to medicare for supplies that were not delivered.

Can't get any worse. 3 times my Freestyle Libre supplies were weeks late. They blame it on hurricanes!!! Regardless, they rarely answer the phone and you get the fax noise.If you get threw, there are no answers.Don't ever use this alleged company.
