Worst experience I’ve ever had as patient. Staff are incompetent and unaware , no one knew I had an appt or what I was there for. After explaining, I was charged a connivence fee to take blood which they didn’t even complete fully. Now I have to make an appt again somewhere else due to the error. This was the worst and more unprofessional mismanagement of healthcare. I’m certain the people here are not certified medical professionals. For your safety DO NOT come here.

I've been seen by Dr. Nancy Pyram-Bernard on four occasions, and on all four counts I have been pleased with her ability to identify the issue through effective diagnostics and make sound recommendations. Dr. Bernard and her staff are professional, efficient, ethical and most importantly transparent in their approach. I am at ease knowing that she's always just a phone call away.
