Walked in an HOUR and a half before closing time and they weren’t trying to service me. I wanted to do a trade in that I was eligible for and even do the transfer myself at home hence making it easier for them but it was excuse after excuse he then ended up telling me that they “didn’t have the phone in store” then I asked him to see if they’re available in any other store and he advised that he couldn’t do that on his end… very POOR, LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL service. They don’t even deserve a star. Save yourself the time and energy and do not come to this location.

On 12/19/23 I visited the Plantation T- mobile. We had the most amazing experience at this location . Mobile expert Corey really went over and beyond to ensure we were served with the best quality. We really felt comfortable dealing with him. Also, he has a great sense of humor. I hope the managers of this company really appreciate associates like Corey. Thank you Corey for giving us such a wonderful experience!

Walk in 10 mins before closing, all but one employee sitting at a table just looking at us. We tell the one employee that we just need a screen protector change. He proceeds to hand us a screen protector and tell us we can install it ourselves or come back tomorrow because he’s doing “closing procedures”. Really? He couldn’t take 2 mins to install it for us. Last time we give any business to this location!

Today, Mike store 1015 Rep # 671 finally was able to fix the issue with the screen protector that I couldn't get last Thursday Sep 7th at the same store.First if all I have to mention Andy Bargerter from T-Force Specialist was simply awesome, he went above and beyond expectations. He followed up with to get the problem solved.Today I went to the store he sent me but the Rep Miguel found out that my receipt was under somebody else's name so that's why the system wasn't showing us with the screen or under the insurance.I had to go back to the store 1015 in Broward Mall and this time, Mike took care of my case.He reviewed my receipts because I had 2 of them due to the Rep who processed the purchase in Feb told me he had to cancel it because was not done under his ID. He refunded me and placed a new order. The thing is that he canceled the order with my info and he placed the new order without my info. This is why I was not in the system but was paid with my card.Mike resolved the issue with professionalism and he was able to put everything back to normal just in case in the future I need another screen. He was polite, respectful, and enthusiastic helping me with this problem. This is the correct way to show your customers are valued.

T-MOBILE COMPANY. The Store Manager Jermaine and another Latino male associate COMPLETELY FRAUDED AND SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY MONEY. I went into the store in February looking to switch over my phone service from Verizon. They took my information to see if I was eligible for an account. I ended up leaving the store that day without a phone or service bc I wanted to speak to Verizon again. I NEVER went back to the store and NEVER switched over my phone service. All of a sudden in May I get an a alert from my bank that T MOBILE has been automatically deducting $114 from my account for the PAST 3 MONTHS!!! Which of course was completely outrageous because not only did I NOT CONSENT to an account but I’m writing this review on my upgraded VERIZON PHONE!! And of course it doesn’t stop there — T MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE — The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I called and the First Lady I spoke to gave me the refund for the first 2 charges but the 3rd one was still processing so she told me I had to wait until it posted and call back in. She also cancelled this fraudulent account that was created in my name. And after me EXPLICITLY asking and her if canceling this acct would hinder my 3rd refund and her telling me No. Welp. Everything has been a continuing mess from there. I received a $200 past due bill in the mail. Which is hysterical. Every person I spoke to gave me wrong information and kept telling me my money is coming, it’s coming. I have been fighting with T MOBILE - the company that scammed me out of my money for weeks to get back my last $114. Which has still not come!!!! Apparently now the last person I spoke to told me I have to wait 30 more days. Then they actually advised me to back into the store to deal with the scammers who frauded me out of my money. LOL!!! Like this must be a joke right. Anyway. Steer clear of this store. Steer clear of Jermaine and his employees. And steer clear of T-MOBILE. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Came in with my mom to create a new account and seperate our accounts, the guy told us that it was out of his pay to provide this kind of service and we needed to call customer service , I explained to him that we already had spoken to customer service and they had told us they can only do this in the store. He rolled his eyes and said we don't handle these kinds of things in store, and acted like we were d**** We called again customer service and they said this can only be done in store and we explained all this and sadly nothing they can do. So waste of time, lazy workers and bad service.
