Penn, the associate at Macy's, after tirelessly showing me the collection of glasses she had available, recommended that I visit Chris, the manager of the Hut in the actual mall, because she believed he had a pair of Jackie Ohhs that would be perfect for my needs for post eye surgery. Upon doing so, I was rewarded with beautiful pale pink large framed sunglasses. Both Penn and Chris were highly professional.

Kait is disgusting and a poor excuse for a worker.I went to return a pair of Ray Ban’s and she claimed they were scratched after I clearly explained that they were sold to me from the display.Her attitude makes her extremely ugly.

The old Spanish lady working at Sunglasses Hut Broward mall, Plantation, FL is so rude. Last time we were here she treated us like we were a pest. Until she found out we were buying 3 sunglasses worth 500 plus dollars and that’s when she started acting “nice.” Today 8/28, as soon as we walked into the high end section.. she didn’t greet but she decided to walk in front us and open up a draw, acting like she cleaning the section we were looking at. Please train this employee of yours because she has no respect for people of color.

The worst experience ever dealing with anyone regarding customer service.Martha the store manager as so difficult to deal with. I needed an exchange for a different sunglasses. The recipe says you can take it to any Sunglass Hut for service .She said due to her daily quota, and the price of the exchange she refused to help.If I could give the absolute horrible customer severance a -0 , I would.This was the second time I had tried to purchase sunglasses in the Broward Mall from them.Horrible service such as this, definitely gives Sunglass Hut a bad image, and impression.

Sept 12 3:45pm I go into this lovely store and the treatment or what most will call customer service was extremely un existent. I go in to the store and the lady in the front about 45-50 yrs old asks me if I’m looking for something for me or somebody else I say just looking... asks me again “looking for you or someone else?” else I reply: “just looking” she then says “en serio?” And I reply “si, enserio solo mirando” if I look at something I like I buy it (I thought) as I leave the store she yells out “you’re welcome” as if I was supposed to thank her for her rude attitude towards me as soon as I said l “just looking” customers want to feel comfortable when they walk into a store in order to buy, because of employees like that most clients will choose not to buy from this or any location that gives them a poor treatment. Online competition is a thing, I chose to come in here to look for something and if I fell in love with it I would buy it now I know I must go either online or any other location besides this one because the service is terrible to none.Most customers will have this experience and not report it. I will, because I work with people on a daily basis and I know what customer service is about.

I called to ask a few questions on a warranty plan I currently have with this store, and the Male employee who answered the phone refused to give me his employee badge and name, said they are not authorized to give a name. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said they did not have one. I am very unpleased with this customer service and this is not the first time I’ve come across another Sunglass hut located in FL with terrible customer service. None of my questions could be answered by this unknowledgeable employee. Do better.
