I don't know how they are in business 48 hours ago my building the Hillcrest 24 in Hollywood they send someone to fix a problem with a water in the building they cut the water , and as always they send a person that most probably is not licensed, well the result and the answer is ....3 days without water in the building and not answering when are they will restore the problem and if you need water you have to go to the pool area with a bucket and bring water from there ohh you have to be patient because only one elevator is working since 2 weeks ago another problem that this bozos have no idea how to solve . They shouldn't be in biz at least not managing buildings because is more than clear that they can't solve any problems

I realized today that most of the good reviews are from the board of director from my HOA! Hahaha that’s more than funny …. A really joke! I’m not very sure yet about this Management Company performance but compered my neighborhood from others around money expenses from HOA is way to high for what we get. On the other hand, webpage for paying the HOA association monthly fees it’s a mess for me and for everyone from my neighborhood who want to get registered and pay. Technological speaking it’s a veryprimitive company, it had being an onlinenightmare that I guess will end on January. I will let’s you know if it’s any improvement about this matter. The secretary at the office is nice and polite.

It's almost impossible to reach anyone when you need help. You are always told to leave a voicemail, but there's never a call back. Even in the middle of a workday, you aren't likely to reach anyone but the switchboard operator. You can try an email, but if you need help today, forget it.

Worst company ever… they are crooks and try to steal your money. We have been calling for 12months trying to get our money back and they never answer. They never want to disclose their location and Mr. Jay never answers his messages.. horrible in everything

Worst place to rent from these people will take all your money and never want to come out to fix anything on the property the landlord Chrissy Moore very rude disrespectful cussed me and my girl out and evicted us for telling them our a/c was broken when our apartment was 90 degrees with 2 babies in the place also there was plumbing problems feces coming up through the tub toilet leaving overflowing not to mention our bathroom was full of black mold tried to contact the owner to let him know what's going on he sides with the landlord and also got very rude and disrespectful as well and wouldn't return our deposit do not rent from this place

The WORST management company ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. I have a bad roof and - I suspect - mold in my attic. I have told Karen Preston, my community's property manager, about this 5 months ago. I get no updates from her, and found out that she hadn't paid the roofers for past jobs. And avoiding their calls and emails too. The other day I saw one of my neighbors getting his roof repaired (by a different roofing company). He also said it was quite an ordeal finally getting this repair. Because of work schedules, I sometimes have to miss our monthly HOA meetings. The minutes aren't sent to any of the homeowners, and when I request a copy of them, my request goes unanswered. I truly hate having this company handling my association.

Literally the worst management company ever, sold my condo just to get away from them. I’m 80 percent sure they are crooks and skimming off the top with the board of directors, Gate condominium. Lived there for 8 years had a few management companies while there. Again THIS ONE IS THE WORST.Jay is garbage and Ben Greene is even worstAnyone leaving a positive review either works for them or is on an HOA board, be very careful.

This is the worst property management company ever!!! The -the Manager - Jay is extremely rude, will not address any of my problems and hangs up on me. He is so incredibly rude that I am surprised he hasn't be replaced. He is not at all professional and is just the worst person I have ever dealt with in a business. I live at a condo in Hollywood that they manage and the property manager in our office will never address any of my issues. Our walkways are halfway painted, I have complained for 4 months now, no one will paint them. The sidewalk area by the garbage room is so disgusting filthy and has holes in it and someone poured cement around it and it so so gross. It black and looks like this particular area is a rundown tenement slum I can't even walk by it. We had 20 rats in our garbage room where the board of directors shot them dead and brooms to kill them, It took months for them to clean the garbage room and finally they did and then they saw all the rats after removing junk in there. They also put poisonous chemicals in the garbage rooms which affected my health and it's been 5 years of fighting with them to remove it, using lawyers, etc. They will not help you or listen to you. I wish I could have voted on what property management company to get, but it's just 6 members on the board who run the whole complex and the property management company. The owners and tenants have no say about anything and this property management company has two rooms in an office suite. You just can't get anywhere with them. Look elsewhere. They are the worse.

This management company has very rude people working for them that do not try to help you. You ask for an update on an application and they do not want to work. They continue to tell you that you will get an email when everything is complete on their end and then the weeks pass and you get no where. When you ask to speak to someone else they continue to tell you to speak to the person that tells you not to email for any updates. They are also incompetent as when they receive an application they do not read the full details and have denied different clients that have met the annual income because they don't understand how to read tax papers. They are dealing with peoples lives and they don't even care or have any compassion.

Ben Green is an excellent property manager. He's very nice and always addresses any concerns. I have lived at my address for almost 30 years and in my opinion Ben is the best property manager I have seen

Having almost a whole new Board of Directors come into office this year would have been so much more difficult without the help of our property manager, Elisabel D. She is more than competent at her job. Her guidance is on point, as she is well educated on all aspects of condo rules and regulations, finances, maintenance, etc. I am grateful to Jay for having placed her at our property.

I see there are a handfull fo people that have trashed Sunrise Management and obviously they were very unhappy with them. I have no idea what the issues were as most did not specifiy. Regardles, I am also aware that most people would not go on line randomly and put in a good review, however, when people are angry whether rightfully so or are just in the wrong and do not want to admit it, they will always wrote a horrible review and in the long run can ruin a very good company. With this in mind, I have to say, as a board member for a small development in Plantation for many years, we have never had any major issues with Sunrise Managaement. They have always dealt with the vendors, the city, and with many unrealsitic angry residents, which I assume every community has a handfull of those as well. Anyway, I personally would highly reccomend Sunrse Management. They are responsive and knowledgable about the state regulations and have large vendor base to draw from. They were, and are, always resonsive to resident issues. I personally would not listen to a few angry (possibly un realistic) residents from other communities without knowing the exact issues or circumstance. There are always 2 sides to every story, and again, when it comes to Management companies, only the angry people (which is typically a small fraction of the total residents), will take the time out to trash a company and ruin their reputation. All the other "satisfied" residents will not go out of their way to write a good review, and this is why I felt compelled to do so. I highly reccomend Sunrise Management.

Firstly, the consensus on this "excuse" for a Property Management firm could not be more accurate.They are factually the worst of the "bunch" that I have encountered, while detrimentally mishandling the affairs of our Condo Association.They lack Office Skills, Knowledge of Duties, Timeliness, Responsiveness, Problem Solving, Professionalism, and Courtesy.Do your COA/HOA a huge favor and eliminate Sunrise Management from any and all equations pertaining to the welfare of your Association's Business.It seems obvious that the positive reviews were self-orchestrated by their cronies
