This is the worst Truist location. They don’t try to know you as customers. The drive through teller who does not speak great English today, treated me like a scammer while I was trying to deposit a check. I gave her my license, check and she had to find the act#. She told me to sign in my online banking. I did then she tells me a word is missing from the business the check was written to. I left had it corrected and initialed for her to tell me it’s now altered and she can’t accept it. Mark you, I’m a long time customer and a professional with proper id.
Last time I went to deposit a check ti my personal account, they told me that I need my DL even though I gave them the Truist card. I am sick of them changing the rules to meet their personal feeling and not having a stand rule. I’m sued to going to my banker at another branch in Miramar. Plantation needs to get it together!.

What’s the purpose of being open when you are short of staff???
Had to Waite over half an hour to get to the teller’s window!!!! Not a good customer service!

Clearly on the website, it states that they are open on Saturday, from 9 to 1. I went to the banking location. They are closed and it is not even a truist bank anymore.

As a current member I went into the branch today to establish a business account here and was treated unfairly. Due to it being a weekend I know hours are limited however I went in one hour prior to closing and waited in lobby patiently for Ms. Nelson to support me. Next, another party came in after me and desired to open a checking account and proceeded to use profanity when informed of the wait, availability and late arrival at branch. Unfortunately, after the other party ( caucasians) were continuing to curse and show disappointment in being told to come back on Monday I was asked to come on Monday to open my business account so Ms. Nelson could help the other party with a checking account. As a professional, I immediately knew this was unprofessional behavior and bias treatment towards me as I was there first and had been waiting respectfully. I wanted to share my experiences today at this branch to inform others on how the environment could be for them or others. Rightfully, if you wanted to be professional and fair the party that was first should have been assisted not asked to come back if I was at the bank first. Truist has disappointed me extra with today’s experience. All races should be treated equally and respectfully regardless of their ethnicity.

This is getting 1 star for the simple fact that I searched for the nearest TRUIST. Only to get to the destination, and it's not a TRUIST BANK. Maybe it once was a TRUIST, but it's a different bank now. Google Maps needs to update.

How do I give zero stars. This is my review. Truist bank is the worst bank I have ever experienced. They have departmentalized everything and made it impossible to actually bank. I currently am trying to conduct a simple transaction. I should’ve been able to do this online but after investing an hour being transferred to three different operators, I was then disconnected. If you want to waste a lot of your time bank with Truist, if you want a good bank, then bank with anyone else.
