2 hours and 30 minutes in a store to activate a phone because they didn’t wanna stop taking advantage of 2 old people selling them noting but junk and persuading them to change they’re phones for new ones don’t come here unless you like being taken advantage of

Stop!!! I can't believe this ... I have never!!! I mean, I have never!!! Can you say, that you've NEVER? But, when it FINALLY happens you can never say that you've never again! I've had many interactions with all types of businesses trying to make a purchase or get something resolved from a purchase. However, NEVER HAVE I EVER received such AMAZING customer service as I have with Kimberly at the Nob Hill location. She is AMAZING. Prior to my interaction with her I made many calls, I chatted online for help, I made calls to local T-mobile stores. But, when I called Kimberly she said, "let me take your number. I'll do some research. And I'll call you back." AND SHE DID!!!!! I was expecting she meant possibly a call in the future and maybe she would lose the paper she'd written my number on ... but, NO. She meant, now!!! And SHE DID IT. Her CUSTOMER SERVICE not only resolved my problem about why I hadn't received the newest internet router. But, she actually went ABOVE and BEYOND and researched WHY!!! Thank you, Kimberly. You are AMAZING!!!

The store couldn’t help me nor the company for an international phone call that I never made. This is a fraudulent charge that I’m being forced to pay, very disappointed after years of being a loyal customer

I had the T-Mobile $50 internet devise. After service was cancelled T-mobile customer support could not assist me when I will billed for service after the cancellation. I then placed the charge in dispute with my credit card company. As a result of the dispute T-Mobile sent me another bill with the $50 charge AND a $35 returned payment charge. This company is hard to deal with. You get conflicting information when you reach a person. Told to go to a T-Mobile store. I am not recommending this business for anyone.

Waited 30 min the workers never greeted didn’t ask what was the reason I’m here just very rude and unprofessional, don’t even recommend this place this is not the first time coming here and had the same issue will not be coming nomore!

Waiting to turn in an old phone for credit. This place is like Disney World: wait an hour and a half for a five minute ride; or in this case a transaction. Personnel is indifferent. Needs a better system. My time is valuable, too.

I had a rollercoaster of problems with T-mobile customer service even after going to 6 different locations, talking to representatives, managers, and leaving comments, no one could help me for almost two months. I spent all of 20 minutes at this location with Dianna, an amazing human-being, and she went out of her way to call on my behalf customer service to fix my account. She is a stellar employee and really saved a customer from going to another carrier. Thank you to her and the rest of the team for being so kind and helpful.

Very bad experience one of the agents messed up our account, my husband had insurance for years and when he changed phone she didn’t said he would lost the insurance she didn’t advised well very unprofessional!My husband went back and the manager recommended the worst phone! She just wanted to get rid of the customer! She didn’t think what was best for us!!

Dianna and Andrew are both amazing and patient. I came in to update and transfer information on my new iPhone with over 500 apps and 10,000 photos to transfer. They both assisted me and made sure I left happy! These 2 employees need immediate raises! Thank you both!

I switched carriers from Tmobile to Verizon and 8 months later received a notice saying that I had an outstanding balance with T mobile for which I was never sent a bill. I was told by customer service on the phone that I needed to go to the store in person to work out the issue. When I explained my situation, they told me it was for a line I never knew I had, and a number I have never seen before. I was a customer of T mobile for 30 years and never paid one late bill. The representatives in the store could not have been more rude!!!! So glad that I switched to Verizon best carrier and customer service ever! After 30 years of loyalty, to be treated so horribly I wouldn't recommend this carrier to anyone.

This location is polite, quick and organized. Came around 2pm on a Saturday to return a phone case that I had bought at a different location. It is a small location, with 3 workers present during my visit. I was initially skeptic that the trip would be quick because they were each with a customer. However I only had to wait 5 minutes for one of the workers to become available. The return was quick and painless. I am still on the Family plan with my parents for the savings and lost my phone on vacation in DR. My mom was able to authorize for me to come in and buy/activate a new phone. They made it easy. This location resides in a plaza. Sometimes the parking on this side of the plaza isn't readily available because of the customers from Bone Fish Grill next door.
