Sadly I had been here on four separate occasions to purchase phones for my family. On each day I was told at the counter that they were not working today. I was not alone, on three of the four visits others also wished to purchase phones or had questions and left unfulfilled.

Horrible experience. I went to exchange a Christmas gift and the customer service representative didn't let me do the exchange because the item was $110, I asked for the manager and she didn't let me talk to her. I am returning a $110 item to purchase a $400 item. It's clear that they don't like making money. Then she wanted me to ask the person that gave me the gift for the receipt. Who the heck goes to the person and tells them I can't use what you gave me, and that if they can give me the receipt to return it. I am not that rude! And to say the item can be stolen that's why they won't return it. It's a big f box!!!! They should know the different between an actual exchange and someone who's just trying to get them because that's how she made it seem as if I stole this XXX!!!!

Horrible customer service, NIKKI should be fired , hey girl you answer phones for a living , you don't like it quit , you don't have the right to make up lies and hang up on customers who've been customers for 20 years , insane the levels this place has dropped since Jason left . This store is HORRIBLE. Who laid it out? Cleaning section right after the beauty section but only has some supplies, the rest is halfway across the store. Which makes zero sense. I tried to ask an employee for help, she kept walking by. I pushed the call button for help. That was futile. No one came after waiting 5 minutes. This store should be laid out out in away that makes sense, not where I have to walk all over it to get everything I need. Put all the HBA in one spot. All the cleaning supplies together, not scattered everywhere. Come on, get it together.

If there was a lower rating that's what I'd give target. I placed an online order for shipping. The order arrived quickly but it was the worse packed delivery I've ever received from any company. It was all clothing, nothing was folded. It was literally wadded up in a ball & thrown inside a single plastic bag with one strip of target tape thrown across the top. One piece of clothing was inside out, another was also inside out and had horrible stains on it. Obviously someone else's return. I don't believe I will ever trust them again to order online for shipping. They don't care about what you just spent good money on only to have to go to the store to return the defective items that I believe were intentionally sent. If you don't like your job don't work there.

My go-to Target! The employees are relatively nice, it's always pretty clean, everything is neatly stocked, and I always find what I need (and usually leave with a few unintended purchases). Curbside pickup has been my go-to due to Covid. It's super fast, and the employees seem to do a relatively good job following order guidelines! For items I cannot curbside pickup (like masks), I am able to find parking in their outdoor lot, or within their parking garage, and have found their product placement and layout easy to navigate. I prefer this target over the Super Target by Stirling simply because I find their customer service more friendly and efficient, their layout easily navigable, and their Covid precautions adequate.

Of all the Targets I've been to this is my least favorite to go to. I left an item at self check out and so I tried calling multiple times and they don't answer. How can no one at Target answer the phone? The staff is definitely not the nicest. Line for customer service is always forever. I avoid this Target if possible.

Use the online app ordered about 10 items everything was brought out to the car and loaded in the trunk no problems much quicker than going in. Dogs. Treats coke couple of other items

Most staff members have a terrible attitude and are proud to be rude to people. I was returning an item and this lady named Arianna rolled her eyes at me, not once said thank you or please or anything. She hates life

Target should really be getting a review of "Good" or "Great" but this one is only "OK." The store is pretty typical for a Target; it's big, they have groceries as well as sundries. I needed a few specific items for Christmas and I know Target is good, but I do have a drive to get to one. There was one less than a quarter mile from my house, but they closed it, so now I have to travel to the nearest one. I don't necessarily mind this, if it's worth my time. Because they have groceries, I can combine my grocery shopping and Christmas shopping, much like I do at Walmart. That did not work here, though. This particular Target doesn't have a very large grocery section, and several of the items I needed they didn't have. It's very inconvenient if I have to stop at more than one store, but I did. I understand that they only have so much room for their groceries, but that means they have to be more selective in the quantity of each item. Instead of having 12 of one item and none of another, they could have 6 and 6. The other reason they did not get a higher rating is because of their employees. I encountered quite a few employees out on the sales floor, which is excellent. More stores should do this. But of all the employees I saw, not one ever said hello. No one asked if I needed help finding something. No one cared. That's a sad thing to say about any business that offers goods or services. Show an interest in your customers so they'll keep coming back. As I said, this is a drive for me to get to, and since Walmart is much closer and carries most of what I want, I'll probably be spending more money there than here.

I was mistakenly charged for a rug I didn't purchase while checking out in the tech center of target. Saw my receipt was incorrect and I went to customer service. Once it was my turn, I explained to the young girl whose name begins with the letter S I believe. She began searching through my bags aggressively, taking the door mat out that I just purchased, and searched vigorously through my gift cards I had just purchased. I had assured her I wasn't stealing, nor hiding the rug. She began to tell me how there is a lot of fraud going on and basically she didn't believe me. After few minutes the gentle came from the tech center to explain to the young girl that it was his mistake, he accidentally charged me and didn't take it off. I proceeded to tell the the young girl, this was what I telling her verbatim. Which she then told me to calm down and relax. I let her know i'm the customer, you're in the wrong for profiling me incorrectly. She had a sour attitude, so I decided to let her boss SABRINA try to speak to her about her attitude. Sabrina shrugged me off and said "well how were you talking to her". I then let her know i'm the customer, I wasn't being rude to her, you made a mistake on the transaction and now you're profiling me as if I stole something. She repeated what the young woman said to me about fraud which I then let her know I am a paying customer. I am not trying to steal from you. She gave more attitude and dismissed me. I asked for her name because I'd be contacting corporate and she happily held her name tag to me and said go ahead. This behavior is unacceptable. I have filed a complaint today! REF #95247558 I called customer service twice, was hung up after the call was to connect to a senior rep. Called back again, spoke to a senior rep, but the call dropped again If due diligence was done, an employee could've checked the time of the receipt and would've clearly seen the time stamp matches my story. I'd love an apology specifically from the staff members who were rude to me and also a response from someone higher than a manager at the store level.

I love me a good Target, especially one that is taking all necessary precautions to ensure that their guest are safe during this difficult time. I love that this Target is a little hidden and therefore doesn't get as packed as some other Targets tend to get. When it comes to parking, the parking right out front is a little small, but they make it up for it with their garage. Which comes in handy on rainy days. They have 4 designated spots for drive up pickup and have added a fewer more spots since so many of us are taking advantage of drive up during this time. The store itself is nicely organized and clean. Carts are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for you upon entering. They aren't a Super Target, but offer some produce and other goods. I can often find myself lost just walking through the aisles. It's literally my favorite thing to do. They have a nice clearance section clearly labeled for those looking for a deal. All in all if you are a lover of all things Target the way I am, this one is definitely work checking out

You can't go wrong at any Target ... I don't usually purchase groceries. Wonderful Housewares, all kinds of electronics, kids clothes, adult clothes. Men's or Women's, as well as loungewear, pajamas, swimwear, activewear. Gifts, books, it's s go to. I can really never find a lot in Walmart. This is way better. They also have good shopping hours. Happy shopping

My husband and I found this Target open even with the Covid19 outbreak. There is parking in front of the store and covered two story parking on the side of store. There were plenty of empty parking spaces. The store was slightly messy but given what's been going on definitely understandable. They had most things in stock. They had a few dozen rolls of paper towels but no toilet paper at all. Also no baby wipes either. The food area was fairly well stocked fresh and frozen foods alike. They even had plenty of water even different brands to choose from. The store restroom was clean and had toilet paper. The employees were all wearing masks and gloves. Everyone was happily practicing social distancing. They were happy to be there even though I'm sure they have been working tons of hours. I would highly recommend this store.
