1 * is too many !!!!! The worst bank in history. They say they are the most convenient bank in America HAHAHA, THE MOST INCONVENIENT!!!!! They hold deposited checks for up to two weeks, charging for everything even when they don't have to. The employees are very friendly and their hands are tied by TD bank's absurd rules for playing with the money of others who live paycheck to paycheck. This problem was not once or twice, it has been happening for more than two months and I am aware of other clients with the same problem. I hope this review is useful to someone or everyone who is thinking about opening accounts at TD bank. Online banking is obsolete I also wanted to comment.

Please check your money before you leave this branch. They giving counterfeit inside the bank and the manager refused to take it back if you try to return it.

These ppl obviously don't want to do business with ppl that look like me. I was ask for 4 pieces of ID to open a bank account,, for what since when, she just made that up on the spot.I would like to think Chase bank for taking care of business without prejudice

Haven't had a bank acct in 30 years, tried to open one at TD Bank, 1800 Pine Island Road, Plantation. Worst experience possible. Customer service is non existant, it's like they all have IQ's of 35, very very very rude. Am handicapped, so opened acct. online for convenience, first had no problem, was all set, was supposedly verified etc, but web site kept saying they were setting up acct., and I could use it shortly. No such deal, after verifying me three times with texts, the next day, all of a sudden couldn't verify my cell number. A total cluster funk on their part. Couldn't get through to the manager, was always unavailable, (some manager.) I'm still trying to figure out what they are managing. Wasted hours on this, still no answer or progress, and am out my deposit, when I told their customer service I just wanted my money back, and forget their account, she told me I had to get a notarized letter stating that I wanted to close the account, and I would have to wait until they mailed me my money back. Some Bank this is.

This office don't know what they are doing. We received a letter from the bank that they were missing some documents from us so we went to this office to update our documents. They said they put our documents updated in the system but when I asked for a paper confirmation they just said don't worry everything should be fine. Two weeks later I got a new letter that the bank closed my account because they didn't receive our documents update. Never Again.

Rebecca and her staff are super dedicated. Within minutes they invited me ti express mi concerns about a transaction. They contacted the check issuer and as promised the Check cleared this morning.Glad to be a TD customer and will always go to this Branch.Thank You Guys

If I could leave no stars I would.This place is the worse TD bank ever!I had the worst customer service experience here with not only Sicilia (financial Service Associate) and then Stacy Merritt (Vice President,Store Manager).I came into the branch to receive a replacement card.While I was in the waiting area waiting to be called, I was on the phone.Sicilia yelled over to me (Hello! Ma’am!) from the tone and look on her face, I knew she was not friendly, I walked over while I was finishing my call and I ask her for a replacement card, Sicilia asked for the other card and I just told her I needed to close it out ( I did not feel like I needed to give a long explanation). She then proceeds to ask me for my security code and I provide that to her, she asked if my address on my ID was current, I said no I recently moved and changed up address online.She then provides me with my mobile phone and asks me to confirm and when I do she tells me the number is not verified in their system and they cannot print me a card. I begin to ask more questions as to why and she was unable to provide me any answers let alone provide other options or any solutions. I asked to speak to the supervisor and with an attitude she said no problem. The supervisor Stacy approaches the table and stand there and is staring at me, does not introduce herself (not friendly either) she then asks if I’m on the phone when the phone was sitting on the table in front of me.As Stacy is speaking to me the whole time Sicilia was shaking her head as if she was answering for Stacy. I assume if I request to speak to a supervisor the conversation is done with the other person, however, that was not the case. Because Stacy allowed for Sicilia to continue to be rude and unprofessional by sitting in the background and shaking her head anytime I spoke.Stacy did not provide no accommodations or solutions as a Vice President, Store Manager.When asked to provide confirmation of my card replacement being expedited she advised she could not do that and laughed in my face and I was highly offended by that and I did let Stacy know it was not funny that I have to wait for card because of service TD uses is unable to verify my phone number and again with Sicilia in the background shaking her head.They couldn’t help with correcting the issue on the third party service TD bank uses, so if, God forbid I run lose my card, I’m not able to go into a TD bank branch and receive a replacement. I’ll have to wait for a card to be mailed.I had the worse experience ever and I’m not stopping here. I’m going to corporate with this issue.The way Stacy and Sicilia handled the situation was awful, so much so I would rather close my account then to give TD bank my money!

First of all tarik amazing support here thank you for assisting me and in a professional smooth low tone manner..... now this 1 Star is for NEW SPANISH LADY AT THE FRONT DESK. EXTREMLY UN PROFESIONAL... VERY RUDE MIGHT AS WELL GO BACK TO HER COUNTRY IN CUBA .. she talked to my son in the most disrespectal way and deserves to go. We can't have this again being an american latino family this to me is what I call a hipocrita

It was an unpleasant experience, but the workers are the bad guys, they didn't want to help me because I speak Spanish, I had to go to another bank ? I had asked for permission to work for 2 hours, it was for pleasure

I went to this office to make a withdrawal through the ATM but it did not work well and my card was retained (so far the bad thing), the attention and guidance I received from the employees was excellent because they not only replaced my card but also , at once they solved problems that I didn't even know I had with my account. you were very kind, thank you

I have never been to a branch with people as incompetent as this one. I went in for a replacement card and these people opened a credit card application instead. Did not listen to what I needed, wasted my entire morning. If I didn't have my account linked my Canadian account I would close it and never come back. Stay away from this branch if you can.
