The most inconvenient bank I have ever used. I have gone days without access to my account because they flagged my transaction to my chase account as fraud and now I have to send this branch a copy of my chase statement to prove I in fact am the own. My word isn't enough or verification via other transactions. Avoid this branch and bank of possible!

We received excellent attention from the girl who welcomes us, as well as from Roberto and Simón. On Saturdays it is not very crowded, it is easy to carry out transactions or service with a notary.

I am baffled with the incompetence by staff at this location. I come in and let them know I would like to pay off my vehicle in full, as I have a loan from TD Auto. I was told by the bank I am refinancing with that my steps after receiving the check would be to go to a branch or mail the check, I figured since it it a check over $40,000 I would rather go in person. To my surprise I am told by the teller that “they don’t do that here” ??? So you don’t accept checks indorse to TD bank? I was very confused as to why and they proceed to tell me they only accept regular payments, not payoffs. Another teller stepped into the conversation and agreed to that and said for me to do a pay off I need to go to TD Auto… I didn’t realize they were separate entities as I have made a payment on my car here before. I ask where that is and they now tell me well I have to call TD Auto for the proper paperwork to do a payoff. Another gentleman bank teller the stepped in to say “yes, and who told you come here to do this” I said “my new lender, Navy Federal Credit Union” he says “Oh wow I didn’t realize navy federal owns TD Bank and knows how we work” …. Nope they just own my vehicle now. Rude. I then proceed to call TD AUTO inside the bank and let them know the situation. They were also very confused as to why the branch would not except the check. I passed the phone to the teller for them to speak with TD AUTO. It’s wild that after a 30 second conversation all of a sudden all was well their attitudes changed and they could do what I was asking for. I shouldn’t have had to call anybody as I’m literally at a branch. Ridiculous. I wish I can say everything went well after this. I waited to sign the check in branch to make sure all was correct, when I asked to make sure where to sign, he told me yeah just sign on every line,… I said are you sure? One of the lines should be endorsements this one here. He looks at the check confused and says “just sign it”.. he carelessly tried to get me to sign the check incorrectly as if him, a bank teller, doesn’t know how checks work and has never seen one in his life. Don’t know if they didn’t feel like working or wanted to make me feel d*** but what took you 2 minutes to process ended up being 25 minutes for your lack of customer service. Go somewhere else with your money everyone, glad I’m not a client anymore.

Very disappointed with the service today. Gray was the teller who was assisting my wife with our business deposit and deposit was short by couple hundred. I was outside in my car she told him that she will bring money from outside because we wanna deposit the correct amount but he deny to assist her saying they close and he can’t help her if she goes outside she can’t come inside even I was outside in a parking. I am coming to this location for long never had this issue before everyone seems so nice but today the way he treat my wife it was so rude and unprofessional. Very very disappointed with the service

They do not honor appointment times, and will do everything on a first come first serve basis. Too many banking options to waste your time

Terrible service from store manager Trisha Britton. a week ago, I transferred the amount of 12,000 from my chase account to my personal TD bank account. my money from chase was gone in a day and TD bank decided to hold my money and check it for another two weeks. I have to pay credit cards and dancing and swimming for kids and grocery stores to eat and exist with 4 kids I need that money now. after a week of useless calls, they told me that I need to take proof of withdrawal from the chase bank and bring it to TD bank ... I have not heard anything like this before. but of course I have a lot of free time to do it. taking all the necessary papers in the app chase bank i came to TD bank and a woman with a fake smile named Trisha Britton (store manager) said that they will check everything 'later' and 'later' they will send me a notice by mail ... I said that I need these money now because I don’t have money in any bank and I need it urgently. no longer cute Trisha without a smile roughly closed my mouth with the words that I should not interrupt her. my husband immediately asked another person with whom we can talk, but she said that no one but her could help us, since she was the main one and we had to wait for her. we waited a long time for her and already decided to leave but a nice woman named Yamilka Alvarez approached us, politely asked our question and immediately asked Mr. Vidal to help us. we did not resolve the issue, but Mr. Vidal lost faith and explained that these are the rules of the bank and we must wait. I advise TD bank to hire more employees like Yamilka Alvarez and change the rules in your bank that do not coincide with the usability, as this is all insanely inconvenient and you will lose your customers this way. A bank should be convenient for people and not vice versa. Thanks to Yamila and Vidal for your concern and for thinking about your customers' problems without a fake smile.

Worst experience ever. As a business account holder for three years with depositing over $250,000 into that account I deposited two certified cashiers checks for the amount of $2,350 In my account to have a hold put on it. I called three days after depositing the checks and spoke to branch manager Trish to find out why, well she told me that her connect at Wells Fargo Couldn’t verify the checks, she spoke to me as if she was trying to do me a favor, she then told me that she didn’t know me personally. I was so baffled by her response that I called customer service and filed a complaint and asked to speak to the fraud department to confirm protocol on checks verification, after talking to the fraud department It was obvious that this branch manager Trish was not doing her job to say the least. As a business owner in the trucking industry I rely on having access to my money in order to keep my trucks running. I would suggest that TD Bank give this branch manager Trish some training In being more professional in taking care of their clients. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I close the account in July and open a free checking account lower balance. I left $170 to open new account and pay the monthly fee for primer account they going charge me. I got letter from TD in January 4 told me owe $45 and my account will be close. I call td bank talk to three agent. The conclusion the account never close . They told me go to branch I close account talk to them. So I go to they branch told them what happen. The agent told me the account it close in July but I still have pay maintenance fee. I ask her what happen the rest of my money. Then she change the story that doesn’t made sense. then she said the bank manager said they can not do anything about it and it my fault I did not check account. But they can send me a letter said I owe them money they can not send me a letter said my account it low need to but the money in. I really get mad not my fault. They don’t do the right thing. I just let everyone aware. Be careful dealing with this branch.

Joan provided horrible customer service to my 71 year old mother trying to open a new checking account, ahe moved out of state and had no proof of address since she just moved, we went to a different branch and was able to open the account, she should be fired!
