They are lucky this place is a necessity. It’s always dirty and the floor is never vacuumed. Been coming for years but the last six months are awful. The service is slowwww. Feel bad they can’t get many good quality workers.

This is the worst place to drop your UPS next day air off at it will never get to the destination and when you call they will push you off to speak with 4 diffrent people and if I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor they will say that there is no manager or supervisor until 530 and take my number and no one ever return my call

Up to the door ONE minute after closing they won’t let you in. I just want to know were the good happy I wanna work employees are ? This is a major ups store that a lot of people RELY on . Get it together!!!

Asked for a quote for packaging a small side table. All information including a picture of the table was emailed to the store. After 10 days of not hearing from them, I called and they promised to get back to me. After another 5 days called again and I get voice mail that keeps coming out - This store gives no service what-so-ever.
If you need a store for supplies, packaging and good service, go somewhere else. Obviously, this store does not value its' customers nor the business / money that they bring to them.

I shipped an envelope ups ground from this location. They did not put it in a ups outer cardboard envelope. It arrived totally destroyed - ripped, black marks, etc. I asked for a refund of the shipping cost. They took my info and said they would get back to me. Never did. I will not ship from this location again.

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store regularly, and the service is always solid, but my most recent visit really stood out. The young man working there was super helpful and clearly knew his stuff. He walked me through the shipping options, made sure everything was packed up properly, and had me on my way in no time. It’s great to have a place you can count on, and the team here never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I've been using this UPS location for over 10 years but since it has new owners, I've only had bad experiences. This was a convenient location for me but I now have to go elsewhere. I am always being haggled about the shipping price when I clearly state in the beginning what I need. On 4/12/2025, I had a box shipped to Ga as I do all year for my granddaughter. They continue to tell me it wouldn't get there on time for Easter but again... I have a history there so I know. It is now 4/19/2025 and I tried to track my package and it says 'A status update is not yet available on your Priority Mail Package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is given to USPS. I contacted UPS and they will not take any ownership of this. Person said 'It's no us, it's USPS. Per the tracking, they never received the package from UPS. I need a status from someone.

Best store in the area they were a huge help. Was shipping some expensive gear out and the staff definitely knows what they are doing. Thank you to the entire staff.

Best UPS store ever. The help there is amazing the new staff is just excellent. I’ve been coming here for the last year and the new ownership is just outstanding. Shoutout to Lalita she was a big help. Will be back soon.

This is a very busy location. The new owners have been very accommodating with incoming packages for the mailbox I have at this location. They are very efficient in moving customers through the line as quickly as possible. I appreciate the customer service and patience.
