El Día 11 de enero del 2024 a las 6.30pm fui al local del Broward mall a cambiar una braga de la promoción de 7×$35,solo una .Había una mujer EMBARAZADA,que cuando saludé miró con cara de odio y no me contestó parecía ser la manager.Cuando fue mi turno fue mucho peor,yo había pagado lo que devolvía con débit card,me la pidió le..expliqué que como me la habían jaqueado y usado en una gasolinera en Texas y claramente no fui yo mi banco Wells Fargo la dio de baja y me dio una nueva.ME DIJO.. NO PUEDO HACERTE EL CAMBIO, andá a otra sucursal,la empleada que estaba a su lado veía que yo me estaba poniendo nerviosa,le dije que no se preocupe que aceptaba una gif card,Ella volvió a decirme que no me iba a dar una gif solo mi vieja tarjeta de débito,la cual ya no existe,le pedí a la empleada el nombre de esta persona ,me dijo puedo darte mi nombre ,pero no el de ella,OK la empleada fue muy amorosa pero no así esta persona que parecía ser la manger.PERO NO DEBE SER TAN DIFICIL SABER QUIEN ERA ESE DIA A ESA HORA Y EMBARAZADA.mirando con cara de asco a todo el mundo otra señora a mi lado también estaba teniendo problemas con ella.DEBERIAN DE PONER EL NOMBRE EN SUS CAMISETAS.asqueroso su trato,y evidentemente no sabe de leyes en USA por lo que veo.UN ASCO EL MALTRATO

This store is very cluttered and seems to have a more limited selection of items and sizes. I was at the Broward Mall today and had a return from an online purchase from VS. I waited in their uber long line with one cashier. I had thrown out the bag the items came in so was sort of stuck returning in store. I said to the cashier that she looks familiar. Sure enough she has worked at this location a LONG time. The patience she must have. I end up NOT being able to make my return. Why? Their system is not working and cannot accept online returns. She points to about 50 gray bags that are huge and filled with customer returns. Well, I will have to go to another store. She said it is just this location. She thinks. I will call first. This company is not customer friendly, especially with consistently too few cashiers. I tried to avoid their stores and the hassles by just shopping their website. But that didn't work out either. Quality of their bras has declined over the years. I am sure anyone who has bought one in the past couple of years has noticed this. I am going back to Intimissi.

First off, the display for the perfumes and cosmetics were super dusty as they hadn’t clean them in weeks! Then the cashier was SUPER RUDE, I said “hello” and didn’t greet me back and just told me to enter my phone number in the Verifone machine with a nasty attitude and turned her back, very unprofessional and unfriendly. Then she proceeded to bag my items and slamming the tissue paper as if she was angry, at what? I have no idea. I will definitely not be going back to this VS, my experience there was horrible. My thing is, if you cannot work with people, get a job where it doesn’t require for you to have human contact, seriously. ?

Wow! Unbelievable I called to get support for a situation that occured and the manager Whitney advised they are not allowed to give out contact information for the director or DM. Which I only requested to speak tp them since she was not willing to help come up with a solution. She didn't offer to get my contact to pass it along. She didn't research to try to help resolve my issue. She told me for security reasons they can't give out names over the phone. How does this make sense? What is Victoria secret training guidelines to handle customer that run into an issue. Hopefully this Google review and get a DM or director to help me. I'm better off just shopping online only. Poor service and it's very sad to see such a big company lack in customer service.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I went to this Victoria's secret in July to get a few things including lingerie and my experience was terrible. First off I walk in, nobody greeted me. Then I walk around for 10 minutes trying to find someone to help me and I kept getting brushed aside. Then when I finally got to one lady she told me she was going to send me over to pink to a specific person. She didn't even let the person know I was coming or even bothered to tell me which girl it was I had to just go up to a random lady and ofcourse she tells me she's busy and directs me to ANOTHER woman on the Victoria secret side who was busy with others. She said she would help me in a minute then a minute turned into 20. At this point I was frustrated because I've been in there for an hour with no assistance and the store is closing. So ofcourse I just picked up some random stuff and when I got to the back to checkout the lady asked me how my experience was and I told her it was TERRIBLE and how I didn't receive any help and I felt very disappointed because everyone else was being assisted except me. In the end she was the only one that helped me and and tbh this has happened a few times before and I do not like it. You should treat every customer with respect and not make them feel like they don't belong there. Victoria secret used to be one of my favorite stores and within the last couple of years for some reason this location and sawgrass has really changed drastically and not for the better.

I was on a business trip in Plantation, Fl and I stopped in the Broward Mall to Victoria's Secret, as I always do for the last 25 years I have been shopping at VS. Literally every underwear and bra I own are from VS. Usually the staff are great happy, friendly, and helpful.That is NOT the case at Broward Mall. This is the WORST Victoria's Secret ever. I have been to stores all over the USA and also in foreign countries and I have never been treated so poorly at any store ever. It was shocking how rude, nasty, and unprofessional the staff was. When I said I was going to complain to management, the girl said well I'm the manager and I am not taking your complaint. I almost had to laugh it would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY store anywhere except this one.

They never have my size,I’m a medium-large they don’t have anything but they say they will order it for you for free but they don’t have anything in the store,you might as well go to sawgrass mall where they for sure will have what you want and the size you need,the managers here won’t even go to the back to check for a size

I honestly had such a great experience at this Victoria Secret. I normally don't write reviews but I thought I should write something. An employee in Pink named Alicia was super nice to my daughter who is new to bras and helped her feel comfortable. Definitely coming again!
