Dr at site was great. My issue is with an associate not really knowing their job. Tried out progressives for first time. Got my glasses and hated them. Went to exchange at another store. That associate told me the other person who helped me overlook my frame choice was an angle which doesn’t really work for progressives and they had measured the areas on the glasses incorrect, also adding to the discomfort while wearing them. this showed me I should have changed stores sooner.

Scam artists… My prescription is valid until the 28th of October. they are refusing to give me trial contacts for a few days as their doctor is not in office and I lost my glasses… They are claiming it is a liability. How would this be a liability if my prescription doesnt expire until the 28th???? I told them I am out of work because i can not see or drive and they refuse to help. This is the worst eye doctor ive come across I wish I could give them 0 stars… This makes absolutely 0 sense. All they want is your money . They want to force you into an exam instead of helping even when the doctors arent available for the exam. The lady at the front desk was very rude and hung up on me as I was asking a question as well. I found another location of vision works who said they would be able to help if they FAX over my prescription. I asked this store to FAX it over and they put me on a 10 minute hold and told me they spoke with the GM and told me they would not give me any trial lenses. They went out of their way to make sure i stay out of work and receive no help for my issue. This store is a joke and I will make sure my lawyer is in contact with you.
Edit- Notice on all bad reviews they have the same response. “We will share with our team” without actually fixing the problem… Nobody is held accountable. This place is terrible

First visit here and I was not impressed. I chose this location over America’s Best because they took my insurance but I will not be returning. They were over booked, there is only one doctor and I must have been the last appt of the day because the receptionist were too busy discussing how they were ready to leave, cleaning up, taking out the garbage all while they had many patients left to be seen. I felt like my appt was rushed. I was given a prescribed and not even advised where to get the contacts filled. When I asked I was dismissed and was told that I can see the other receptionist. The ONLY pleasant experience I had was with a gentleman who assisted me with ordering my contacts. Other than that, their glasses are over priced and the dr staff and operators is poor. I won’t be returning.

I just want to start off by saying I have been going to this location for 10+ years; however, my last experience was so bad that I refuse to go back.
My father also did his eye exam and bought his glasses at this location and both of our glasses were wrong. The doctor, who again has seen me for over 10 yrs, has become cranky and just not very personable which is very unfortunate.
It saddens me that I come to a different vision works location in Miami and when they check my prescription they tell me how wrong they were. They did my prescription wrong, didn’t add the blue light I paid for, and much much more.
This location has sadly gone down hill fast and it’s unfortunate to see.

Got an eye exams and some glasses. Gotta love the 2 pairs with progressive lenses for $99 deal. I wish I had known that the lenses that are $99 are limited and the longer you wait after having received the coupon the less inventory there is to choose from. If I ever get one of those again, I'll make sure to run in the day I get it to look for new glasses.
