We had a very bad experience with the two female pharmacists, they were both in a very rude and unfriendly attitude, one of them was very loud, shouting over the phone all the time, then she would complain for everything and would not attend people calmly. But let’s go to the main reason why one should stay away from this pharmacy: i made an appointment for some vaccines. I don’t have insurance yet and before coming I got the prices for uninsured customers over the phone, as my doctor advised me to do before going. When I came here, the girl who attended me told me it was going to be expensive as I did not have an insurance and even tried to give me an additional vaccine that was different from the doctor’s prescription, with a steep rising in the final price. Seeing that the prices I was being given in person were much higher than those I was told over the phone, I told her about the inconsistency and she replied just as rudely as I expected, so I left without doing the vaccines.

This location USED TO BE fantastic. And I reccomended it because it could easily get back to greatness.What sucks?The employee turnover. Just as soon as you get an employees that know you and understands your medication, that person is gone!No sooner do you get a pharmacist technician who can do the math to figure out your medication amount for the month (for example: 24 units twice daily. 30 days) that person is gone, and now you run out of your medications due to bad math.The drive-through. Today I waited in the drive-through for 27 minutes. 16 minutes of that was after I was greeted by the employee who then ignored me while she took care of three walk-in customers who arrived after me.It's a shame that these issues continue at this particular location. Because it used to be much better.

We've had several bad experiences with the female pharmacist here. Here are just two instances. I got a new prescription for blood thinner injections and had questions about usage and side effects to look for. She said I could read about that online and that the hospital should have taught me how to use them, and then walked away. (I hadn't been hospitalized, it was just a new diagnosis.) This week my husband stopped in and needed help finding something on the shelf for me. The same pharmacist was there and when he asked about the product, she said it was on aisle 23. He said he'd had trouble finding it and didn't know what it looked like. She told him she didn't have time to help him, she's too busy, and to look again. Her manner is so blase/rude and customer service has been so lacking. I guess when she is working they need to take down the \\\"consultation\\\" sign at the pharmacy counter.

Am I the only one who gets this?? Last time I was in Walgreens I bought a collapsible straw because it was at the counter marked 1/2 off from $5.99 I was like cute for $3. After I got home I realized they had charged me the full price. So today I came back just returned it because I already bought another one, which again rang up at $5.99 but I was watching... I had forgotten to bring the first one back. (And after using it wasn't worth $3 much less $6 so I didn't want two) I explain to the cashier what happened she scanned it and said oh it's $5.99 and handed it back to me. I turned it over and showed her the sticker where it's marked 1/2 price and showed her the receipt where I paid full price she refunded me half of what I paid for it and then didn't understand why I wanted all of my money back not just half of it or I would just keep it at this point and she had to call a manager. The manager was like I can only give you a store credit, although the other girl just put $3.20 back on my credit card now the manager can only give me a store credit for the other 1/2 it was supposed to be simple return swipe thank you. When I walked in not 1 person in line not even a cashier up front. By the time I left there were at least 8 people in line glaring at me. Keep in mind I'm only returning it because YOU overcharged me in the first place... and apparently it's still ringing up $5.99 so fix it. My stars are for the pharmacy and the lady at the beauty counter... they would get 5 but I'm taking away 1 for the register area I rarely buy anything here because the lines are so looooooong. I'm guessing lots of issues at the register like this.

Staff here is nice but the pharmacist is a huge A hole! They told me to wait 20 min for a Z-pac. After 20 min, he tells me 20 more min. I said your gonna make me sit out here for 20 more min. His answer... "yep".

What a ghetto, rude, unpleasant pharmacy. I will never use Walgreens for prescriptions again. Let's talk about how incredibly disrespectful the pharmacy tech guy was. I explained that for one of my prescriptions I would need it a little early because I would be on a cruise on the date of refill. The answer I got was, you can only pickup 2 days before refill date, maybe you should take your meds correctly. Gfy, I'll go to pillbox were they treat people with respect, and understand that life happens. (Asian pharmacy tech guy, you know who you are)

pharmacist at this location is not very helpful. I lost my bottle of aprazolam. and have been out it. fir10 days. I have not been sleeping. as I weaned myself. zolpidem. because I have been dangerously sleep walking. so no I relie in my xanax to manage my anxiety. and panic attacks. but I have not had any. for more than 10 days now I feel. weak as I have not been sleeping well. and probably having withdrawal symptoms from my xanax. but this pharmacy. could care less. I even told her. that CVS. provided my son with a full bottle ok klnazepam. when we lost a while bottle The doctor was very angry and had to write an incident report. but wrote a prescription and pharmacy filled it. because obviously. my son can go without his klonopin. Walgreen. pharmacist said. there s nothing she can do for me. even if the doctor writes another prescription why was CVS. able to help us. and Walgreens. can not ? There is always an exception to the rule. Seem walgreens just refused to help me

Worst worst worst. No more no more no more. Enough enough enough!!! Of this place. How many chances do I need to give this place! The pharmacy staffs are very inconsiderate, incompetent, and rude! I have dismissed their rudeness thinking that's their personality issue. One of the many examples: They have messed with my prescriptions numerous times coming almost everyday for 4 days just to be told they don't have it and there's issue in filling it up which could have been mentioned and explained on the first supposed picked up! And this is the last straw!!! They are prejudice and impatience to handicapped hearing impaired customer! Being nice to do something for them when it's there job to make sure customer understands them. This location has NO STANDARD! Never again will set foot! There are other pharmacies around. Costco Pharmacists being the All TIME NUMBER ONE FOR ME especially when it comes to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! In my 20 years of going to Costco every where around the states within or out Costco has maintained their high standard! Walgreens needs training!!!

Came to get some passport pictures and received the worse customer service at the picture station from Kardi W, maybe having a bad day? Im sorry but I even asked if he was having a bad day since he had a really bad attitude and misdemeanor.. he answered "no"
