Iāve been coming to this Walgreens for ten years or more. The staff they have there now is so nice and helpful. The gentleman that helped me with my passport photo was so courteous and friendly, and not just to me. I saw him be this way with other customers as well. He made sure I was content with by photo. This is what makes the difference between other places like CVS.

I asked for help twice to get Advil out from a locked area. No one ever came. I asked for help for someone in cosmetics and then someone at the register. I asked for the managers name, David the cashier said it was Fay/Fey and had no idea what the last name was. Terrible customer service. Ended up forcing myself to get the product in my own. If youāre going to lock things up, please make sure you have proper staffing to offer assistance to properly retrieve the product. Ridiculous honestly.

Visited this Walgreens at 1:55p today for a simple passport photo. The gentleman (grouchy old man) behind the counter was so rude. I left and will take my business where people are treated with kindness. He should NOT be handling customers. He should be licking envelopes in a supply closet somewhere! Just terrible. Do better Walgreens.

I visited the Walgreens at Broward & University today with the intention of returning and exchanging some products. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by the service provided by an employee named Faye.
During my visit, I encountered issues when trying to process a return. I presented a digital copy of my driver's license, which has been accepted in the past at various Walgreens locations. However, Faye insisted that she needed to scan the physical card and dismissively told me to "come back tomorrow." Despite my explaining that a digital copy has been sufficient before, she repeated, "come back tomorrow" and walked away without considering my schedule constraints or the inconvenience her demand caused.
Additionally, Faye's demeanor was unfriendly and unprofessional. She did not greet me upon my arrival, and her overall attitude was off-putting.
As someone with a background in business management, I am keenly aware of the importance of customer service as a representation of a company's values. Based on today's experience, I feel that Faye's behavior is not in line with what I expect from Walgreens, a place where I have shopped reliably for years. I hope that management will address this issue, not just for the benefit of customers but to improve the working environment for other employees as well.

No customer service skills in the pharmacy. The automated system asks for reviews and they keep you on hold. Very unprofessional.

The pharmacy drive thru line is never long and the employees are usually friendly. However, they are not very helpful. Iāve consistently had issues with this location notifying me that my prescriptions are ready and when I go to pick it up they say it hasnāt been filled and will be a few hours. I could live with that, but my last few visits have been awful. Recently, I was notified my prescription was ready and unbeknownst to me it had been canceled. When I go to pick up the pharmacy told me there is a shortage of the prescription.
Could they please let me know when they expect to have it in stock? No.
Can they see if another Walgreens will have it? Of course not.
Their unwillingness to rectify their own error basically sends the message āweāre out of your meds, too bad, guess you can just dieā. It wouldāve been nice if they can at least tell me theyāre out of stock so I could try making arrangements instead of wasting my time and being, quite frankly, completely useless. Beyond frustrated with this location and their incompetence.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life specifically the pharmacist "Emad", this "MAN CHILD" would not even give me his last name in fear that I will teach him a lesson. This individual shows a lack of respect, compassion, and apparently feels that he is above each and every one of us as customers. Additionally, this individual told me that 'if I don't like it then go to Publix" which (from now on I will) therefore, as a whole I suggest us as customers BOYCOTT ALL WALGREENS AND THEIR PHARMACY until this one particular pharmacist is REMOVED from representing the Walgreens brand as a pharmacist. I have filed a complaint through corporate who most likely will try to protect this individual but since I won't stand for this type of "privileged" & "I can do or say whatever I want" attitude that this poor excuse for a medical professional has, I'm voicing my opinion through Google.I'm quite sure there are many others hope you feel the same way especially towards the same pharmacist named "Emad" a man child who lacks the courage to even give a customer his last name and when this customer calls back places the customer on hold for several minutes and then begins to rant again like a man child and hangs up the phone on the customer, thank you very much Emad; you soon will be served a lesson.
