  The cashier was texting and not paying attention I had to ask a question several times before he acknowledge me I looked over and saw he was busy texting and I asked if that was more important than doing your job? He replied Oh 🤷‍♀️

  Rakisha was extremely rude while checking out my items. I told her I had a coupon and she physically looked upset after that. I asked her a question about the coupon and she completely ignored it and asked for my ID for the drinks I’m getting. After giving her my id she took the coupon and says it’s not working. And I asked for clarification if it the coupon works or not and she replied with attitude “idk all I know is it ain’t scanning for me”. I asked for the receipt and she said it goes to my email and that she couldn’t print a physical receipt. Very rude and condescending. I would definitely suggest another Walgreens.

  Recently I went to pick up my medicine and a tall dark-haired young man helped me. I asked him why I have to pay $60 dollars with my insurance...the medicine is levoteroxine. A bottle of 60 pills 🤷‍♀️ was something new for me and since I don't speak much English, he took advantage of me without explanation and told me to pay

  Pharmacy answers phone to then put you on hold for 20 minutes, then picks up the phone and puts you on hold again and never answers… called multiple times. Told my prescription would be filled two weeks ago and I am still waiting and can’t even get in contact with the place and the automated thing doesn’t work. who’s ever reading this you need to hire new people in your pharmacy they are running it into the ground. I see the other bad reviews months ago but nothing changes I see.

  There’s this one make cashier that works there I’m not sure what race he is possibly Spanish, he has no customer service whatsoever. Everytime I walk into this pharmacy I’m not sure why I always have to deal with him. When a black person walks in he has a little attitude but any other race and skin color it’s all smiles and polite conversations. Last time I went there trying to get my picture taken, I asked if there’s anyone taking pictures he said he’ll call them. He had me and other customers standing there more than 10 minutes before he picked up the PA and called for someone to come and assist and bare you this is not the first time. I’ve been to this location and dealt with other representatives especially the females and have no issues whatsoever but that specific guy needs to go back into training.
  This Walgreens is just next door to my house but I’m going to avoid going there and find another location.

  I have been in the pharmacy drive thru BECAUSE I AM SICK ? and do not want to infect anyone by going inside. I have waited for nearly 30 minutes! Get better help or hire additional help otherwise just close your drive thru! Terrible! We are waiting for a medication not a happy meal! Do better Plantation Walgreens.

  Went to drive thru on moped & they refused to give me prescription stating no walk ups but was on moped & they refused to give the meds stating its not a vehicle even though it's tagged & drivers license to ride it

  Terrible service from the people who work there, it took more than a week for my medical order and they never gave it to me, always with an excuse, they told me that in 2 hours my order would be ready and nothing. I don't recommend this place at all.

  Unfortunately this Walgreens is close to my home I remember why I stopped getting my dad's prescriptions here. I am running into the same wastes of time going back and forth being told the prescription would be ready on one day to find out they haven't even filled.
