I went for passport photo, waited 15 mins in line until staff member who was running multiple registers was available.
For all that their camera doesn’t even work.
Looks like a higher up didn’t even want to assist with camera not working… I would recommend another location for photo department/passports photos. I wasted my time.

I don't recommend this Walgreens at this location. They are lacking customer service. I went to this store Monday a little before 12 noon.. I went to pay at the checkout line and when I asked if the cashier could check I I have any rewards today after I pressed my phone # in the pinpad , I even entered my zip code as well as I always do. She told me it's the wrong zip code n told me to try again. And so I did. It's still coming out the same results that it's not working but yet she says it's a different name on her screen. She confirmed my name and asked if I have move. I told her I have not moved anywhere nor it doesn't need any updates I have never had problems with this until today. She's all over the place with questions but no solutions or any real help coming from her. I got a bit frustrated and finally asked a customer service number and hoping I get better answers or explanations than this. U guys need to work on your customer service skills like assist customers if u can update information yourself while I am there. And besides it wasn't even busy and I was the only one in the line. So u definitely deserve this bad review.

I have used this Walgreens and their pharmacy since it opened many years ago, having lived nearby for 36 years. I've always found the sales help and pharmacists to be extremely pleasant, happy to help, and all questions answered. As with any business, if you present with a good attitude and and smile, you will always get it in return. Anyone can have a bad day, a sick child, a recently passed parent, etc, so if you don't know their life, please don't judge. I love this Walgreens, and I see how very busy it always is, and I pray that this will NOT be one of the projected stores nationally to be closed!! Keep our neighborhood stores available in our neighborhood. Please.

Very disappointed at the service received at the Pharmacy in Nobhill. I decided to speak up because this is not the first time this happens. I have been waiting for my medication for almost 2 weeks and every time I called I was given different information, today I called again and I was placed on hold 7 TIMES without be given the opportunity to explain myself. After 24 minutes on hold I decided to stop by the drive thru and the experience was worse, Tamika was the one placing me on hold so many times and instead of taking the call she called someone from the line that had just arrived. When she finally answered I shared with her my frustration and instead of making it better she started complaining her load of work to the customer she was helping.
At the drive thru I was helped fast by Eric however he was just not interested in hearing my concern as I was explaining the situation he kept saying ok how can I help you, ok ok how can I help you. Management truly need to work on customer service with their team.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Unfortunately I had to change pharmacies due to the poor service and lack of good attitude of the pharmacy staff towards their customers.
Most of the time they don't give me the medicine right away, they send me to come back another day and the reason they give me is that there is no staff or that they have a lot of work. It has been my pharmacy for a long time because I live very close to it but I could no longer stand the contempt with which they serve you.

Horrible experience. I asked the employee a price of the water they had because you know it's only her job to help you out or know the prices of things her store is selling and she immediately with an attitude replied " I don't know, what does the sign say? Can't you read the sign" I said mam you don't need to be rude. She says oh no I wasn't being rude. So I spoke with management and he could have cared less about the interaction or how his employees treats customers. I am a bartender so trust me I know what it's like to work and have to deal with nasty people but never do I take that out on anyone. Just so unpleasant. Save yourself the trouble and find another location because god for bud you need help with something you'll be on your own!

2 stars because you could go and buy things from the isle. Pharmacy has TERRIBLE customer service. Very rude and little patience. Just drive the extra 8min and go to CVS, save yourself the aggravation.

I went for a refill they said has been on back order even a day late due I cannot skip days because they apparently don't notify the Dr they don't have my NECESSARY meds! Not happy. Waiting on Dr and call from Corporate!

I was so sick and had a bad headache. Stopped here to purchase medicine and the cashier refused to sell me. Worst experience ever and if you all don’t try to train your cashier in customer service, you will face a lawsuit at this location soon.
