Misleading promotions. They had a section with 80% off in Halloween goods but the cashier didn’t want to honor the discount. She went to see by herself about the discount but she said everything BUT the item I wanted have a discount. The item I wanted was a Halloween merchandise in the shelve. Of course no manager to be found to explain that woman how to do her job.

Their app says they can deliver the medication on the same day. But they don’t honor it. They don’t even apologize for the inconvenience this causes you.When asked why their app says it will be delivered when it will not be, the just say curtly that they are saying and so it is what it is.Horrible and rude customer service. I can second what everyone else is saying.I will be switching pharmacies

Tamika in pharmacy is amazing. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy 10181 W Broward but they were so jammed that they couldn't break open the truck with their most recent delivery. I kept waiting and finally decided to call another pharmacy. Tamika was happy to fill the prescription for me understanding that a child doesn't have the same pain tolerance as an adult. Very very very thankful for her going the extra mile and dealing with a frantic parent.

Bad actitud with Customers! Unfortunately one person ruined a good experience. The Pharmacist technician Kymoxx gave me a wrong information, and on top of it had a very very bad actitud towards me. It happened in front of her colleagues and others Customers in line. I spoke to David store in charge in regards her behavior. She does really needs to be educated. Finally I waited for almost two hours instead of 20 minutes and with no favorable results! Not good experience at all!

The most horrible customer experience ever!! Do not go here!!! Pharmacist refused to help me find Sudafed. Then when I was checking out the cashier yelled at me for punching in my card information too soon. She yelled "what are you doing, can you see I'm still ringing up your items". I went at 4:50pm on 6/1. So hopefully a manager will see this and talk to their employees.

The pharmacy doesn’t care about the patients and puts customers on hold for 20 plus minutes and then hang up. This is happening repeatedly to me over the past 3 months. Not sure why they behave like this but I’ll never be gong to them again.

horrible customer service in pharmacy. as a customer if you have a simple question people get mad and give you attitude. the same with associates at the aisle. they need to be educated. I had to leave, its better at Publix pharmacy

Is the best pharmacy around hands down, so far in the past year since I move from the hot mess of CVS, I been so glad. Always they fill my rx within 2 hrs, I always get the text messages, minimal wait. Now the new one on Okland and University is also a hot mess, twice they had me waiting for 45 min on the drive thru after I was acknowledged, I go farther to go to this location. Thank you.

Nancy@ Walgreens pharmacy is the best!!!! After hours and hours of waiting at Publix pharmacy they called me to tell me they could not have a specific medication needed (so I do not loose full vision of my eye) I found a Walgreens close by that could fill my prescription same day. The medication is ZIRGAN 5g and is very very expensive with my Florida blue coverage was still 120$ plus for a tiny tube. When talking with the pharmacist Nancy she went above and beyond to get a coupon approval for me being funds are really tight. She was very persistent and got it approved within 5 mins. Nancy you are a Godsent. Thank you and your team @walgreens pharmacy in plantation. 5 star experience thanks again.

Waited 3 hours for 3 prescriptions to be filled that was sent over from doc office. When calling for status, it said only one. Trying to speak to someone, waited on hold for 30 minutes without answer. Visiting the store, about 5 people sitting in chairs waiting and 4 others in line. Went to drive through instead, 5 cars and another 25 minutes. Seems to be consistent with other posts. Regional management needs to start reviewing these posts before someone start sending them up to Deerfield. No sense of urgency.

Walgreens has always been a place where I can always find what I need and ita always in stock. Plus the employees are very warm and friendly!
