This store is very unprofessional I have been seeing an item in stock online for curbside pick up I purchased the item just to be told it’s out of stock I call the following day to see if it’s in stock the first girl a black girl told me it’s not in stock without even looking she placed me on hold and hung up very rude and terrible customer service the other young lady MIA same thing talked about me while I was on hold and realized I was still on hold and hung up ! She told me she would talk to the manager because the item is available for pick up online but never in stock when I call ! She lied she never came back to the phone and hung up ! Worse customer experience of my life

Walgreens, 1800 N. Nob Hill Rd, Plantation, FL 33322.Absolutely the worst customer service at this location. From the pharmacy to the photo department. Night shift team lead on a Friday night, forget it. Not sure what he's leading but don't count on getting help from him. He gave the phone to a female who I overheard told him she was in the breakroom. Mind you, he's the team lead but he's giving the phone to someone else. She spoke to me and said to call 1-800-Walgreens about my issue. Switched to CVS for much better customer service, that's just my personal opinion.

This is the WORST pharmacy in the area. Waited close to an hour in line at the drive through just for them to put a now closed sign when I get to the window. There was a line of 10 cars behind me as well. HORRIBLE pharmacy

bad customer service!!! especially the photo section, I placed a order at 9 am in the morning, went at 5:30 pm to pick it up and when I get there it wasn't even done not only it wasn't done, it was a photo block and they told me there they don't have it available!! and ask me if I want only the picture !! really now in days people don't do their work at all and get paid to do nothing!! and the lady with glasses have the nerve to roll her eyes because I say I don't want it !!!

Most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever been to. No one here genuinely cares about health care. This one pharmacist, middle aged, curly hair Hispanic, was talking about her customers!! Talking crap while there is a line and she is checking me out. I felt terrible for whoever was at the drive thru be treated like this. I've had one pharmacist judge my medications multiple times. I hate having to go here and I'm switching as soon as possible. I leave here feeling terrible and judged and everyone else does too. Disgusting!! They need to clean house. I don't even leave reviews but this is so wrong.

The pharmacy can never keep the same policies. They judge people and give medicine to those they like. I went in and was told they didn’t have but a friend called for his a few moments later and he got them. They are all miserable. I saw the commercial how they want to make people healthier. Well…poor job at it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY

It is really unfortunate that this particular location had been my favorite Walgreens location, it is where I pick up my monthly medications andbto have problema everytime that I come this prticular location and it is always with same employee. On Sunday Dec 4 at 11:20am there is an employee in the front that seems a spanish person and every time I come this location, she always have a problem, not to mention that the manager or supervisor was in the front walking like nothing on sandals showing low or no professionalism. How it is possible that a manager from a company it is in front of the store in sleepers?, where is the professionalism?. My experience every time on this location it is really bad. The only reason why I don’t change the location it is because the pharmacy employees are amazing, other than that, this location need attention from main company, urgently.

The shift lead and 3 associates were standing behind the counter gossiping as if there was no one in the store. When I got to the register, the cashier was so interested in the conversation that she started pushing buttons as I attempted to enter the phone number attached to my rewards account. Then she says, "I think you need to swipe your card again because it didn't go through." I looked at her and said, "I never attempted to swipe my card (my card was still in my wallet). I was trying to put my phone number in." She cynically asked, "Oh, you want to put it in?" To which I replied, "That would be nice." She cut her eyes at me, threw my items in the bag, and shoved it towards me as if she was irritated and said, "Here you go". I took the bag as I thanked her and walked out and they continued talking as if nothing happened. As a former Walgreens associate, I think it's sad that the shift lead didn't attempt to correct her. Walgreens prides itself on customer service and this was rather poor. There was nobody on the floor to answer any questions I had. I'll be sure to do my best to avoid this location in the future, although it was my preferred location because they are a 24-hour store.

This drive thru is horrible. The amount of time waited I probably could’ve discovered the cure for cancer. 45 min wait. Overall the store is decent and clean.

This location picks and chooses when they are open. It is 0233 and the store was closed. Lights were on, no one answered the phone, door was locked. Why have a 24 hour store if the employees seem to make the hours?
